Tempat ini dulunya digunakan sebagai tempat bermain semasa kuliah. Namun, sekarang sudah tersedia parkir khusus untuk tamu. Syukurlah, ada parkir khusus tamu yang tersedia. Bagi yang ingin datang ke sini, pastikan sudah tahu lokasinya terlebih dahulu. Jalan menuju tempat ini cukup sempit. Namun, beruntungnya, ada parkir khusus tamu yang tersedia.

Tempatnya mudah dijangkau dan dekat dengan keramaian. Kamar cukup bersih meskipun tidak mendapatkan sarapan, tetapi dekat dengan warung makan. Hanya ada kejadian aneh sekitar jam 2 dini hari, suara seperti paku tembok terdengar cukup keras. Kebetulan homestaynya bertingkat 3 dan saya di lantai 1, masih terdengar suara orang berjalan-jalan karena bertabrakan dengan lap futsal. Namun, cukup baik jika hanya untuk istirahat satu hari.

Hotel ini sangat cocok digunakan sebagai tempat untuk beristirahat saja. Harganya terjangkau dan lokasinya berada di pusat kota. Selain itu, lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, sehingga aksesnya mudah.

Harganya terjangkau banget, terutama kamarnya yang bagus, kebersihannya baik, dan ada kolam ikannya. Saya kemarin menggunakan kamar dengan AC, tapi pemanas airnya tidak bisa digunakan. Sepertinya petugas harus sering memeriksa lemari karena cuacanya sangat dingin kemarin.

Saya senang bisa berkunjung ke hotel ini. Tempat parkirnya luas, resepsionisnya ramah, kamarnya luas, cukup untuk keluarga yang hanya ingin tidur. Kamar mandinya bersih, ada water heater. Untuk perbaikan kedepan, listriknya seperti kurang daya, jadi lampu kadang-kadang redup dan mau mati lagi dan ACnya kurang dingin. Tapi sejauh ini bagus, harganya juga terjangkau. Sukses terus.

Homestay ini sangat cocok untuk menginap dan beristirahat. Harga yang ditawarkan sangat terjangkau, yaitu untuk 3 orang dengan harga tidak sampai 150.000 Per malam. Kamar yang tersedia cukup untuk bertiga, dilengkapi dengan TV, balkon kecil, handuk, dan air mineral 600 ml. Namun, tidak ada pemanas air karena harganya sangat murah. Tempat ini tidak cocok untuk orang yang sudah tua, karena tidak ada dapur bersama, jadi harus membeli makanan sendiri. Tempat ini memiliki 3 lantai, namun lantai 2 dan 3 sudah sepi, apalagi lantai 3.

Saran untuk pengelola: Sebaiknya kabel dan pipa diatur kembali dengan rapi agar terlihat lebih estetis. Dan mungkin colokan listrik dapat ditambahkan.
