Tempat ini sangat nyaman jika digunakan untuk membawa keluarga atau sendiri. Tidak berisik karena berada di dalam gang dan tidak boleh menyalakan motor. Makanan masih tersedia dengan harga yang terjangkau. Makan di tempat Oma juga sangat murah.

Kamarnya bersih, lokasinya berada di gang Malioboro, namun gangnya kecil dan tidak boleh dinyalain jika membawa kendaraan bermotor. Di sini juga menyediakan paket wisata dan penyewaan sepeda motor.
