It was a great location, in a quiet street but still close to the center. Great breakfast, but the wifi was very unstable and we were without hot water for three days. Showers are also not so good, no western channels.

The location is excellent, with Bud's most upscale neighborhood. To be safe, you must beg for them to respond. Because I had already paid for everything by looking at the room in its entirety, I remained here for two and a half months. However, the wifi is unresponsive, and most of the time, there is no one on site for assistance in emergencies or even security. Before hot water comes, showers must be turned on for exactly 15 minutes, and neither boiling nor cold are available. To has just Indonesian channels, and the furniture and doors are extremely noisy and creaky. The doors always go where you want them to go and creepily open in the middle of the night. However, you must purchase your own pots and pans because the kitchen is very nice and compact. Go for it if you're someone who doesn't care about the rest of the things and just want a large beautiful, calm, and spotless apartment in the center. And hey, they're bargaining.

I will undoubtedly return to this place. The rooms are large with good aircon and a spacious bathroom. The sitting area outside the room was also large and pleasant. We were very welcomed, and the owner of the place was incredibly cordial and helpful. She sells high quality fruit at an affordable price, helped us call our driver to arrange pickup, helped us with laundry, and we were also given the option to borrow a refrigerator and kitchen. It's located on a smaller, quieter street, just minutes from Buds main street, and on foot to the monkey forest!
