From the moment we arrived at the lobby, we could immediately feel the warm and genuine welcome from the staff. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the personal touch, as our names were displayed on the screen, which made the experience feel even more special. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we asked about renting a bike. They kindly assisted us with the arrangement and ensured the bike was delivered directly to the hotel, making the process very convenient. The view from our room was truly amazing and incredibly relaxing. Every morning we enjoyed hearing the gentle quacking of the ducks, and at night the natural sounds created a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
