HOUSE RULES
HOUSE RULES

1. ONLY guests with a legal family OR a group of female friends OR a group of male friends can rent and stay in our house.
ONLY guest with legal family/relatives OR group of ladies only OR group of man only can book and stay in the house.

2.No smoking inside the house, including bathroom, bedroom, TV room and dining room
Smoking is prohibited in the house, including bath room, bedroom, living room, and dining room

3.Please keep the environment quiet, by not holding a commotion after 10 pm.

4.NO parties ALLOWED, NO alcohol and DRUGS ALLOWED. Sanctions arising from the environment / authorities as a result of the negligence of the occupants, become the sole responsibility of the occupants.
NO PARTY, NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUGS. Any consequences of violation from the neighborhood /police due to guest negligence would be totally guest responsibilities.

5.Please comply with the social norms that apply in the community. Sanctions arising from the environment / authorities as a result of the negligence of the occupants, become the sole responsibility of the occupants.

6.We are confident that you will take care of the house, furniture, and facilities that we provide. If there is any damage / loss of furniture, electronics, or otherwise, we will bill you
We trust that you would take care the house, the furniture, and all facilities provided. Any damage of furniture, electronic devices, or anything in the house, will be charge to the guests.

7.Do not bring pets inside the home.
NO pet inside the house.

8.Please turn off electricity and water if not needed.
Please turn-off the electricity and water, when you do not need it.

HOUSEKEEPING / CLEANING
1.Our house is clean, including changing the sheets before check in. As long as you stay in our house, we don't clean. To be your privacy, there is NO one coming into the house as long as you rent.
We do house cleaning and change the linen before check-in. During your stay, we will not do cleaning. For your privacy, NO ONE will enter the house during your stay.

2.Cleaning equipment we have provided, if you need. We hope you wash the cutlery / cookware and move the furniture back to the original place.
Cleaning tools and liquids are available, if you need it. We would appreciate if you could do the dishes and put the furniture in order before checking out.

ELECTRICITY / ELECTRICITY
1.The electricity is supplied from PLN, if the power failure (very rare) is beyond our control and we are not responsible for it.
The electricity is provided by PLN, in the case of black-out (of which very rare happen) is out of our control thus we are not responsible for it.

2.If the electric load is too high, the sikring will go down. You can turn it back on, the electricity meter is located right by the entrance, and the MCB is next to the TV.
suggestion: Do not turn on 3 air conditioners at the same time.
In the case of overloaded, the electricity will be shut down. You can turn it on, the meter is located near the entrance, and the MCB is next to TV.
suggestion: Do not turn on 3 AC at the same time.

WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE / WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE
1.Please make sure the lights, TV, AC, water, stove, rice cooker, water heater are turned off.
Please make sure all lamps, TV, AC, water, stove, rice cooker, water-heater are OFF.

2.Lock the door well, and take the key with you. DO NOT place it in the key box.

WHEN CHECKING OUT / WHEN YOU CHECK OUT
1.Make sure none of your belongings are left behind including food in the fridge. We are not responsible for items left behind / missing during your stay.

2.Make sure all lights, TV, AC, water, stove, rice cooker, water heater are turned off.

3.Make sure no trash and leftover food is left in the house and refrigerator that in case it will leave a smell. We believe you appreciate the comfort of the next tenant.

4.Before you leave the house, please make sure all windows and entrance doors are closed and locked properly. Re-checking. Place key into lockbox. And re-scramble the key box code so the keys are not picked up by the irresponsible person.
