Very nice hotel. Location is perfect. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Air conditioning was struggling due to the heat but the hotel stayed on top of it and soon it was working just fine.

Being our first trip to Ireland we didn’t know what to expect. The staff at the academy Plaza was very pleasant and helpful. The weather was extremely warm which is not common at this time of the year so the air conditioning was struggling. We simply could not get our room cooled down. The staff made several attempts to set things right. On the third call they reset the breaker box and brought in a nice floor fan. By our 3rd day things were much better. We enjoyed the friendly staff at the bar. The drinks were terrific and the food was very good. The location of this hotel was perfect. We walked just about everywhere.

Small but clean, comfortable rooms. Modern, clean bathrooms. Conveniently located near the GPO, spire, and many bus/tram routes. Only 20 min walk to Temple Bar and Trinity College areas. Breakfast is extra but good, and a good price for expensive Dublin.

Sentralt, rolig og hyggelig. Verdens aller beste passionfruit martini i hotellbaren!

I really enjoyed my one night stay here in my small single bed room. I arrived fatigued from a red eye flight well before check in and they graciously allowed me to check in early. Staff were kind and helpful and I had a quiet stay near a very active area. I also appreciated the gym facilities which were better than the average hotel gym.

It took a while for the AC to cool the room but then we had no issues at all. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Tub set up was a little odd. There was a glass piece that couldn't move because of the metal handle in the way so it was hard to reach to turn on the water, but the handle was also too far behind the glass to be able to hold getting in the very tall tub

Overall, great stay. But be aware that this a very busy area of town. There will be late night crowds and noise.

Location was good with access to transit and 20 mins from airport. Shopping, restaurants, etc all close by. We had a quad bed room. Perfect for our family of 4.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and functional. The location was very convenient for the old part of Dublin and Kings College.

Hotel was nice, staff were helpful, and bar was open until midnight. I knew the room would be small, but was not prepared for how small. Ultimately, that's on me. Easy walk to City Centre and great restaurants.
