When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. No-show reservations will be cancelled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy. Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights. If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion. Please note that whilst pets are not allowed in the hotel, guide dogs are accepted and a request must be made at time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
