Nice to stay in a beautiful old building that has been restored and updated. Great location and has an elevator. Not sure if I missed it when I booked, but breakfast is not included, only coffee. Which is fine, plenty of options nearby. Love the outdoor patio - nice view and perfect for breakfast or relaxing after dinner. Spacious room and bathroom. Made arrangements for us to get to the cruise port area.

We enjoyed Civitavecchia even more than Rome and felt even safer there day and night. Lots of shopping around and plenty of eating options. The reception was great and they were very helpful. Staff ordered a 'taxi' for us to go to the port for our cruise and it was late, but the owner stayed outside with us and kept phoning the taxi service and assured us that we were okay and it only cost 10 Euros each to go right to the ship's place at the port so that was awesome. The breakfast is limited but you can eat as much as you like. The security is also very good and the location was awesome! There are so many 'shops' around - it is all very interesting. Purchased some clothing as well - very cute options and people were very friendly - marvelous gelato!!

This was a lovely and very clean hotel. Plenty of room for 4 in our room. The hotel is very updated and located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great and they arranged transfer directly to the port for us for €10 each. We would definitely stay here again.

Stephan was very friendly. He explained everything well. The room was clean and was exactly what we needed. Located right across from the fort with many eating choices nearby We came in a day before our cruise so it was a perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay here again next time we're going thru this port.

Wonderful accommodations and great service. We asked where to get pizza and the owner of 7bells walked us to his two favorite options. We went to Da Buffone by the way. We’ll stay here again next time for sure. Book early, because is a small hotel and will sell out.

Easy access from train station but need to handle a little bit stairs before reaching the main road. Close to a few nice restaurants. Well prepared breakfast. If you are going for a cruise vacation and want to reach the port a day ealier, this is a good place to stay before boarding.

Great location and friendly staff. Very clean, nice balcony of the breakfast area overlooking the street. The entrance is a little confusing since it is in a building with other businesses. Just take the elevator up one floor

Such a great place. Claudia and Filippo were very accommodating. We arrived well after normal service hours but Claudia was there ready to greet us and let us in the building. Filippo makes the best cappuccinos. It was the perfect place to stay before we took off for our cruise.
