The staff were all great, very nice and very helpful. I called the front desk to report i left my airpods max in my room after checking out and they maiked it back to ms. Breakfast was good,

The hotel staff and room were extremely nice. If you are going to Lake Como, then you have to take a bus outside of the hotel for 10-15 minutes to get there but other than that it was a great hotel!

It’s value for money: it’s not a flashy part of town at all so if you want romantic Lake Como then not for you. If you need a no frills base at decent price then it’s totally cool
