Had a super experience staying here. My husband & I typically stay in 4 or 5 star hotels but this was a nice change. Felt more amongst the local atmosphere. Only a 5 minute walk to the city experience. Francesco was a fabulous host. Highly recommend this experience. Enjoy

Had a fantastic 4 night stay at this B&B! We had the desert room which was clean and very quiet. Rooms and bathroom were very modern. Safe neighborhood, we walked at night with no issues. Parking was on the street (free). Amenities include: mini bar fridge, hair blow drier, kettle, mugs and shampoo/soap. Francesco the host was very friendly, warm and accommodating! He purchased an iron for our room the same day that we requested one. Breakfast tickets provided per person per day which included a coffee and delicious pastry at an authentic Italian cafe down the street. Very walkable to the city center (5 min walk). The room was on the 1st floor (up about 3 short flights of stairs). Would recommend!

Attento ai minimi dettagli, disponibilissimo nel dare indicazioni e iinformazioni e assistenza! Ottima la posizione , proprio in una famosa strada di Catania per le trattorie eccezionali, braciere con la fantastica carne di cavallo di Catania! Grazie mille Ilda

Friienly staff, close to downtown. Great atmosphere but the a/c / heating unit was unreliable. Shower pressure was not good. Loud street and noisy when other guests came through the entrance door. King sized bed advertised but Queen size in the room

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Mussten auch sehr früh zum Flughafen. Die Lage ist sehr günstig - man kann zu Fuss in 10 min. in der Altstadt sein, aber auch in 10 min. mit dem Auto am Flughafen. Das Auto haben wir direkt gegenüber an der Strasse geparkt - gebührenpflichtig bis 21.00 und ab 8.00 ( bequem mit Easyparking zu bezahlen). Francesco hat uns schon erwartet. Das Zimmer war innerhalb einer Wohnung im 1. Stock, alles war sauber, Francesco sehr freundlich.

The room was nice and spacious, and the hotel is located less than a 10 minute walk from Piazza Stesicoro, which is very convenient. The owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful, and was more than happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do during my stay in Catania. Overall I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Accomodation is very new and clean. The host is friendly and prepared a nice little breakfast for us with fresh brewed Italian coffee, daily breadrolls, fresh fruits etc. It's close to the city center which can be reached in approx. 10min walking distance. There is public parking on the street right in front of the B&B which is payable either via App (host helped us with this) or at the paystation. We had a nice stay.

On the first floor of an old building on a busy street, a bit difficult to find… the host let us check in early but he wasn’t in a very good mood. Took 10 minutes to show us how the keys worked… the one for the main entrance door was very difficult to manage, we met fellow travellers who also complained about it. We had the Moon room where the AC didn’t work very well, which was awful during a sweltering heat wave. Parking on the street was payable and depending on time of day, may be hard to find. Best is to download the EasyPark app. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30-10 am but no one was there at 7:30 so we had to eat at the café next door on the first morning. On the second morning i had to text the host at 8:30 to get breakfast and upon entering the “dining room” there was a strong smell of refuse because all the dirty dishes were left out. It wasn’t very appetizing but breakfast of coffee and toast and yogurt was acceptable. Be forewarned that Catania is dirty, busy and strewn with garbage.
