Overall, it has everything on the tin! We chose this location because it's strategically situated, is quite easy to access, is five minutes walk from the central station, and is excellent value for money for a brief city vacation. I picked it primarily over an airing location since I enjoyed the breakfast selection, but the breakfast is very limited and doesn't include any cooked options, just cereal, tea, coffee, and toast, so if you're choosing this for breakfast, I would not recommend it. I was also disappointed that there wasn't any fresh fruit or anything, so after the second day, we went out for brunch. Our room was spacious and clean, but the block where the guesthouse is located isn't the greatest, and when we arrived, we were confused with the surroundings. But as previously stated, the location is fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We spent little to no time in the room, so it was fine to rest our heads here and have it as a base, so Id rate it for location and comfort. Nonetheless, you could find something in a slightly nicer neighborhood for the price.

On our trip to Rome, my partner and I spent a week here. First of all, there were no specifics about late checkin. Sadly, our plane delayed us on arrival, so we arrived in Rome a few hours later than anticipated. We had no information on late check in until we eventually located a phone number deep on the website. However, there was no spoken English when we called. As a result, we were abruptly informed that we had been locked out and that there was no staff living in Rome! So we were locked out and instructed to stay on the streets or locate our own motel. Rude staff! Especially the manager. Second, the room was tidy and good. The room and amenities impressed us. The hotel resembled a shared flat, with 3 other couples and families. The hotel was difficult to find and was unlabelled. The lift was small and rickety, at all costs. The hotel was very close to the terming, but the neighborhood was really dark, especially at night. Buses were able to transport us to the airport as quickly as possible. Ideal for a day visit, but not suitable for families. We wont be going back.

The location of this hotel was very strategic because it is close to the terming train station, there is no reception area in this place. In terms of service, this hostel is a little bit on the rough side of the city and I would not recommend it to anyone. They also provide a simple breakfast, and no reception area.

There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. It's a nice place to stay. In addition, it wasn't a long trip for me and my boyfriend to walk everywhere to the Colosseum. It was a lifesaver thanks to the air conditioning. Even though it wasn't really needed, it was in the rooms. Excellent service, and a wonderful brunch. clean. The housekeeping employees were friendly and helpful. The feeling of a leisurely sunday afternoon each day was really nice. There felt like a lazy Sunday afternoon each day. Other families and couples didn't bother us, and we could not even hear them through the walls. The flat is on the gred, I believe, he floor of an ancient structure. The apartment itself contains 3 ensure rooms, a hallway, and a kitchen, dining, and bathroom. The lift is small and hazy. The building is on a side street with lots of odd people walking past, especially at night. Our booking was slightly messed up, and the owner didn't know we were coming that day, he thought it was the next day. Our room wasn't ready, but it was quickly resolved. The only drawback was that our double bed was two single beds tucked together, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on them because they moved away from one another throughout the night. Would I recommend it?

The location is very strategic. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. He explained everything and he was very friendly. We walk everywhere in Rome from there.

As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay.
