Overall, highly recommended. I stayed with my boyfriend in august for a week, and I'd love to stay there again. lovely Bob and a very good host. The rooms are immaculate and clean every day. Breakfast is tasty, with fruit and vegetables, as well as regional specialties such as pecorino. We had plenty of time to test the air conditioning's settings during that hot week. The bathroom is spotless, stylish, and comfortable. When we left, it was difficult to say goodbye to the place. People who prefer peace and quiet best get it from its approximate 15-minute bus ride from the historic city center. Buses go frequently enough that it wasn't a problem. You can also walk for about 30-minutes. If you want to stay close to home for the night, there is a delicious stone baked pizza place nearby and a few other restaurants nearby.

This location is very nice. Lorenzo is one of the friendliest hosts I have ever met. He was even so kind that after checkout he kept our luggage in his own home. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was tasty and timely. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit freeze. no comments. Very very good.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast. The host was hospitable and friendly, and the price was reasonable given that breakfast was included. The only thing that you should mention is the lack of plugs in the bedroom and the lack of a safe. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay in Florence!.

A very nice place to stay. This is a clean, tidy, and spacious flat, choose a room with a shower. A nice breakfast in the morning at a time that is convenient for you and not the owner. The owner-host is also the best at serving your breakfast. Outside, a nice, spotless neighborhood. The bus in front will take you to the center in 10 minutes, then you'll be racing with the tourists all day and nite looking at the beautiful things in Florence. Also, you can locate a parking spot pretty close, otherwise, you'll be up all night looking for a spot to leave your car.

This location is excellent. Lorenzo is among the most polite hosts I've ever met. He was even so kind that after checkout, he kept our luggage in his own home. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was tasty and timely. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit the freeze. No complaints. Very excellent.
