Firstly I’ll give the positives: The rooms clean and the bed comfortable. Locations good. Not so positives: Entry; I wasn’t sure how we were to gain entry as I’d received a message a couple of days before re getting there before 7pm. I replied to it but got no response. We’d planned walking from the station but had to get a taxi. It cost 20€! (5 mins) Not because it’s far but because we had to get there by 7pm. Arrive to locked door, no instructions. A neighbour told me to call so I did. They opened the door electronically, but we did panic for a few minutes. As the door opened we see stairs…thankfully we travel light because we wouldn’t have been able to drag our cases up to the 2nd floor. The stairs are very deep too. We’d booked a superior room. Nothing really wrong with the room except the word superior…it’s not. Door handle fell off which was fixed the next day, curtains coming off the rail, the bedside boxes weren’t by the bed, and they’re pretty heavy.

Accueil impersonnel. Nous avons dû appeler pour pouvoir entrer dans l'hébergement et récupérer les clés de la chambre. Bien située mais nous avons eu la désagréable surprise des nuisances sonores du bar du même nom situé au rez-de-chaussée jusqu'à 2h du matin.

Hôtel placé au cœur de la ville et c’est pour cela que nous l’avions choisi. Petite surprise en arrivant car à côté de l’hôtel se trouve un café restaurant et nous avons eu droit à une soirée karaoke jusqu’à très tard le soir ( et les italiens parlent fort)! Pas de chance coté stationnement car le parking gratuit annoncé sur le site est en fait une rue dans laquelle vous pouvez vous garer ( si vous trouvez une place) et nous avons eu une amende car le stationnement de nuit était ce jour là interdit ( mais pas très bien indiqué quand on ne maitrise pas la langue). Petit déjeuner avec du personnel agréable mais un peu low cost à notre goût.

Check in forfærdelig, skulle ringe for at blive lukket ind. Annonceret med gratis parkering, hvilket svarer til gratis parkering på gaden, hvis man kan få en plads :( Intet i annoncen om, at man skulle op på 2. sal af en meget stejl og snæver trappe. Absolut ikke for ældre mennesker. Grais morgenmad, består af toast fra plastik, købekage, formentlig cornflakes og havregryn, men værst af alt: hvis det regner skal man stå indenfor på 4 m2. Absolut ikke et sted vi vil anbefale 👎

This BnB is not accesible with car. You have to park at least meters apart and to carry on the luggage. The most important problem is that there is no elevator with very steep stairs some very difficult for middle age customers. Furthermore, the noise from the street makes the night a nightmare. To have breakfast, you have to go jump more stairs.
