The use and activation of the heating and cooling periods for this type of system are regulated by municipal and state laws that we must comply with. Typically, the winter heating period is from mid-late October to mid-April (depending on seasonal outside temperatures), and the cooling period is from June to September (which may vary depending on seasonal temperatures). During the intermediate periods, it may happen that, despite the system being installed, it cannot be used.Please note, the property is located in an area restricted to traffic, therefore it is not reachable by car. The nearest car park 'Cittadella' is less than 5 minutes' walk away.Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 20. After this time, check-in is not possible.
