Although I never stayed for more than 9 days, it was quite a pleasant hotel. They are also very accommodating, and the hotel's hospitality is a plus. I thought it was a great place to stay because it was clean, with a kitchen in case of emergency. Within a few minutes, the large castle and city center can be reached.

For the second time. We had reserved two rooms for two couples. We were given rooms across the street in a different building than the property itself. My. Grumpy pointed us to two extremely old rooms, but because they weren't properly maintained, half the lights were gone, the sink was broken, there were dirt and spiderwebs everywhere, a tiny shower, and dilapidated towels. The greatest aspect was that there was no toilet seat in one of the rooms. When I contacted Grumpy, he responded that we didn't require one, and that there was a bidet available, we weren't sure what he meant. After further obnoxiousness, he agreed to fix the toilet, and after five hours, he returned with a toilet seat, which he said he would only install the next day since he was waiting for an installer for a toilet seat. Anyway, 24 hours later, in truth, there was a toilet seat available. The wifi in these rooms is terrible. The router is in the main building, as is the cell phone reception. The floor fan was available, but it didn't do much, the room reeked, no safe was available, and the bulk of the room was used by a cooking counter with no running water. The be is strategically placed between the historic center and the Palazzo dei diamanti, and with a large parking lot where you can park your car for 2 euros per day. The rooms are clean and quiet. Some are in the building in front of the main building so independent. Excellent mattresses! The owner is very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is huge but mainly based on sweets, so if you want anything else, you should ask in advance. No relevant drawbacks. Its a nice spot to spend a few nights touring the neighborhood. Recommended.

We remained 5 nights at the property to explore north Italy. The owner was friendly and showed us around. As seen in the photographs, the location is normally designed for this area. The room was fine and had a small kitchen, cooker, sink, and fridge. Additionally, a shower and a spacious bathtub are in the apartment. WiFi is free, and the reception is good. Both a to and a fan were available. Did not try the ac. Please keep in mind that there isn't a safe in the room. Breakfast consists of traditional Italian bread, pastries, coffee, and jams. As long as you don't plan to spend too much time staying there and only using it for sleeping, the hotel is adequate as a base for exploring the city. Nothing too glitzy or glamorous. Simple and comfortable.
