Thanks a lot for your kindness. We made a reservation for the wrong day on the day after the complaint. After this, the receptionist solved our tiny issue and ensured that we got the room we requested. We had to use the hotel's private parking because there are no available parking spaces.

We stayed for 2 nights and like it here. We have been here several times and the staff is always friendly and can do everything for you. The location is just in the right place for everything and there is parking if needed. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the room was airy, wifi is there if needed but you don't have time to use it as there is too much to do in the garden. Breakfast is plentiful. Looking forward to our next trip.

I stayed at the hotel Silvestro for a week and had a wonderful time throughout. The welcome drink of prosecco and the enthusiasm of the entire crew made a nice change from staying in a big chain hotel. Breakfast was usually continental but plentiful. We ate in the hotel once at night and had a great time with a large choice. I had turbot and my husband had venison with blueberry sauce. Both were fantastic. We would have eaten there more but much of our time was spent exploring the lake. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesday. The hotel is about a minute or so from the lake and very convenient. It is about a 3-minute walk from the bus stop directly up the main road. There was a free pass to a local sports complex with indoor and outdoor pools and a free local shuttle. We went a day and really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this hotel and would have no problems returning.

This hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the garda and just a short walk from the lake. Our room was spotless, tidy, and comfy, albeit basic. Breakfast is a typical continental spread, available from 8 a.m. to 10.30. Dinner in the evening was delicious, and neither the food nor the service could have been better. My only negative about the hotel is how noisy it is at night due to its location on the main road. Despite our position being back away from the road, the police sirens were so noisy that they made it appear that they were in the room with us! Fortunately, this didn't occur all night!.

It was our second visit to the hotel silvestro, and we chose to return because of its location and value. The hotel silvestro's check-in is located on the hotel beach, which is right across the street from it, and the bus station is only a brief distance away. As previously stated, the setting is excellent. On Giovanni, a busy street lined with eateries, cafes, and stores. Turn left and you are on the lakeside, another fantastic region with many eateries and cafes, as you enter the hotel. The hotel silvestro was a weeklong stay at the Hotel Simulator. The room is cleaned each day. Our room at the hotel Simulator was a good size and had a fridge, and it was a plus. Also, there is a safe in the room, and air conditioning was excellent as it was hot in June. Although there was no view, that did not put us off because we werent planning to spend too much time in our room. The bathroom has a hairdryer, and hygiene supplies, including toothbrushes and tiny tubes of toothpaste, are provided in case you forget your own. Breakfast was typical continental fare of bread, cold meat, and cheese. Coffee is made with a machine, and I normally find machine coffee inconceivable, but the cappuccino made in hotel Silvestro was so excellent
