Domus Gratiae is a quaint B&B with a gracious host. The room was very clean and tidy and our host was friendly. The location is very walkable to a town square that has a small market and several restaurants.

This is a beautiful b n b on a side street off the Main Street. It is comfortable and has a pretty garden and outdoor table to sit at. It is about one mile from the archeological park of Ostia Antica. It is about 1/2 mile from the center of the old town, where there are restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and gelato shop. The owner speaks English and put up with my attempts to use my Italian . She was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to return to the airport . The taxi ride was about 15-17 euros. I would definitely stay again.

A pretty room in a beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and a lovely breakfast was served in a great dining area. The hostess was helpful and welcoming despite our lack of Italian. It was a great location to visit the archeological excavation of Ostia Antica, worth seeing even if you are not into that.

Very cozy place, really close to the airport. Breakfast included and a really good coffee. There’s a restaurant in the corner and the owner is amazing, the food is really good. I will definitely use them again.

Ein schönes Familiengeführtes B&B, ideal um die Ausgrabung Ostia antica zu besuchen. Es ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, wir konnten sogar nach 23 Uhr anreisen. Gerne wieder.

Questo B&B è gestito da persone deliziose, molto gentili e affabili. Vicinissimo agli scavi e al castello di Giulio II. Camere confortevoli, pulite e arredate con gusto. Colazione buonissima e varia.

There was free parking right on premises and it was close to all the major attractions. Franco met us at the door and was a great host. The room was clean and comfortable and the property was pretty. There was a continental breakfast and Franco made us cappuccino. Overall a great experience!

A very relaxing overnight stay prior to flying back home. Great breakfast in the morning. Very convenient situated near the Fiumicino Airport. Our landlord was very accommodating.

Highly recommend. The owners are really kind and helpful. They serve tasty Italian breakfasts every morning with some delicious cappuccino. The property is near the bus and train station, where you can go directly to Rome or at the beach to Lido. Near the property there is an Ostia Antica complex. There are plenty restaurants and supermarket nearby. We really have a great time there!

Domus Gratiae er et dejligt sted og værtsfamilien er meget venlig og imødekommende. Ostia Antica er en hyggelig lille by, hvor de arkæologiske udgravninger er det store højdepunkt. Det lille bycentrum er imidlertid også rigtigt hyggeligt og med dejligt liv. Her er det ikke svært at finde god mad og hyggelige omgivelser. Domus Gratiae ligger kun få hundrede meter fra det hele, men samtidigt tilstrækkeligt langt væk i en stille gade med grønt område ved siden af.

Nice home and very friendly people. Older but well kept. Wifi is good unless you are on the 2nd floor, which we were. Then it is useless. Basic continental but very good cappacino. The town is super cool and it is very close to some extensive ruins. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We were not able to stay because our flight ran an hour late and we had a hard time communicating. All in all we had find a different hotel. Might be nice. Don’t recommend as a place to stay for flying in and out of Rome

When we arrived at the b&b we were told previously via email that they will help us with the luggage because the property has no elevators. There was no one there to help and we had to carry our own luggage up to two flight of stairs, We are in our late seventies so it was very hard. The person in charge didn't speak english, he said breakfast will be served at 7:00am and the next day we were knocking at this door because he lives there and nobody answered so we left with no breakfast and had to eat at the airport.I have been using hotels.com for over 10 years and this was completely unacceptable, I feel sorry for the people that book this place.
