I wouldn't be returning here. After going to bed at 11 p. M. I am now unable to sleep due to traffic noise. It might be cheap, but it's not worthwhile. I have the top room, which contains two enormous double beds, one of which has a camping mattress, a wooden cot, a chaise lounge, and a tiny kitchen, and a nice, decently sized bathroom. All windows have mosquito nets, albeit not secure in my view. The door handle leading to this loft room is broken, and the stairs can be hazardous as it is in the middle of the room. But the bathroom is beautiful, and if I could be bothered, Id move my camping mattress in the bathroom because I suppose it would be less noisy. I have not used a mobile air conditioner, a kitchen without utensils, and a fridge that isn't hooked, so I don't know if it works or not. I didn't try breakfast either because I prefer the towns cafes. You must be used to affordable lodging to stay here. And bring earplugs with you.

We were given the attic room, which was huge for the four of us. The accommodation was clean and the host was very friendly. It was difficult to locate the property, but it was more down to the locals taking us the wrong way. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel in the correct direction. The city of lucia is beautiful and well worth a visit. The breakfast was adequate.

The price was quite reasonable, even though breakfast was not included in the bill. The position was quite good, very close to Porta Elisa. We wouldn't have expected to be right outside our door since we hadn't spent a lot of money on accommodation. The top room had a comfortable bed and a lot of lovely furniture, which was rustic, with brick and wood rafters. Sleeping was not as difficult in July because the air conditioning was effective. However, since the bathroom mirror was in a difficult position, the space lacked a bin or a mirror that could be properly seen. All in all, it was fine but didn't live up to it's fullest potential.

I had a lovely stay at Emma's apartment because she was a delightful host. Emma was very kind, and you should go to Lucia. We were so happy that Emma was so spontaneous and decided to deliver our essentials the next day. We were able to leave our luggage in the corridor before checking in. Our accommodation was breathtaking. There were a few beds in the apartment, a lovely bathroom, and a lovely stone wall. Although the breakfast choice was mediocre, it was still good. The cappuccino is very good, and you should order it.

My visit to this place was unsuccessful. The welcome staff was gracious and welcoming, but we were left uneasy by the traffic noise all night long. A criesing kid awakens you early in the morning, and after that, in the evening, this actually puts you off. The breakfast, despite the fact that it says breakfast is available, left me feeling unhappy. Even though it said that breakfast is provided, I was expecting a lovely Italian breakfast with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It was a simple breakfast of scum, old coffee, no tea, no fruit, and cheese dried cereal. Very terrible indeed I believe this ought to be improved. On the amenities, which were spotless, the fact that they were gloomy but annoying things like the shower rail falling on you when you shower and having to slam the bathroom door shut so it closes. The bedroom was also simple, with a kettle but no means to make tea or coffee. Wi-Fi was a problem, and it only appeared to work the last day. The bed was bare bones and it was chilly at night. I will not be back. I'm confident it can be improved by providing a proper breakfast for guests, the screaming child throughout the day and night, and the use of warm bedding and ensuring at least sachets for coffee or tea if

Struttura carina a 1,5 km circa dalle mura di Lucca. Forse solo un po' rumorosa per via dell'adiacente strada (almeno la camera in cui abbiamo dormito noi), ma nulla di insopportabile. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Prezzo super.

We had the top floor, cosy and private. Short walk to restaurants and not too far to the centre of town to explore. Beautiful place and nice and quiet after 2 weeks in big cities.

Première impression très positive, petite maison typique, très jolie avec petit jardin à l'arrière. Nous étions logés sous les toits, 1ere impression à l'arrivée dans la chambre positive au début vite négative car forte odeur de moisie, alors que la propriétaire avait juste à aérer et mettre des bougies. Salle de bain pas du 1er âge mais propre, pas de savon (bon nous avions pas très grave,mais des petits échantillons auraient été un plus ) 3 lits mais 2 pouvaient être utilisés l'autre non (nos 2 enfants on dormi dans le même lit, bon pas très grave non plus mais dommage). Petit déjeuner correcte.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zustand der Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Qualität des Frühstücks sind gemäß italienischem Standard in dieser Preiskategorie oder sogar darüber. Von der Beschreibung hatten wir gedacht, die UNterkunft wäre näher an der Altstadt. Vermutlich haben wir das falsch verstanden und sind so doch mit dem Auto rein gefahren. Das größte Manko ist ganz klar die Lautstärke. Das B&B liegt direkt and einer stark befahrenen Straße. An ruhigen und friedlichen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.

La proprietaria mi ha scritto dopo alcune ore dalla prenotazione per avvisarmi che la camera era occupata. M sono dovuto organizzare di conseguenza. Pessimo biglietto da visita per il vostro portale.

l'albergo era pulito su quello nulla da dire una delle proprietarie molto disponibile ma all'arrivo problemi con la stanza in quanto erroneamente disponibili per un solo giorno la tv in stanza non funzionava il bagno condiviso non pensavo nemmeno esistesse più no non ci tornerei

Per errori di gestione di prenotazione da parte loro, ci hanno fatto alloggiare in un B&B loro partner a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza: nel cambio ci abbiamo rimesso sicuramente in qualità (e non avevamo grosse pretese). Struttura a malappena passabile, anche per un posto economico. Oltretutto abbiamo scoperto lì che la colazione era servita in un terzo B&B, distante anch'esso qualche centinaio di metri. Osperienza direi proprio lontana dall'essere ottima, visto anche che nei tre giorni di soggiorno ha piovuto e e nevicato, e nei festivi e serali niente autobus. Consiglio di spendere qualcosina in più e alloggiare in un hotel in centro.
