Definitely a place to stay while visiting Rome. Very strategic location, close to a metro, a nice neighborhood park, supermarkets, restaurants. The room is really nice, clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable and everything functions well, like the air conditioning, wifi, etc. Breakfast is also good. Hospitality is great. Excellent value for money.

In short, this location is highly recommended! The rooms are conveniently located between the Termini station station train station and the airport. The Colosseum and the Roman Forum can be reached on foot in about an hour's walk from the apartment through the lovely cole oppo park. We had a great night's sleep because the rooms were lovely, clean, and peaceful. Federico is incredibly considerate, accommodating, and produces wonderful cappuccinos! Fresh croissants, cake, mortadella, and other tasty extras provided for your Rome trip.

The cleanliness of the room and the service are really good, and the food here is so good. In the morning, the room and breakfast was very complete.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were very satisfied. We arrived earlier and they were friendly to let us use the room instantly. We also kept our luggage after check out so we didn't have to carry them around the city before our flight back. The location is good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We could use better and ticker blankets but still. We were very happy and will definitely return.

I had a wonderful experience while traveling to this place. This place has very good quality assurance. They provide excellent service, also with the bed and breakfast, and also has a great location because it is in the center of Rome, and so on, the employees and the employees here were very professional.
