This property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The staff greeted us with warm smiles at every hour of the day and were always eager to help. They never simply said "no"—if something wasn't available, they would gladly find an alternative. We stayed at a five-star hotel four years ago, and Grand Europa surpassed that experience in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

호텔 시설이 너무 깔끔하고 아이코닉합니다. 청소도 매일 깔끔하게 해주시고, 모든 시설들이 청결해요. 바닥도 카페트가 아니라서 더욱 깔끔하고 편리했습니다. 수건이나 이불등에서도 냄새 안나고 쾌적하며, 와인잔 같은것도 잘 제공되어서 즐기는데 더 좋았네요. 일반 스탠다드 객실이였는데도 방도 화장실도 넓고 쾌적해서 있는 동안 너무 좋았습니다. 주변 다른 5성급 호텔들에게도 절대 밀리지 않는 기분..어메니티는 체크인할때 물2병, 샴푸/트리트먼트/샤워젤/바디로션을 제공해줍니다. 수영장이랑 바닷가 프라이빗 비치도 깔끔하게 잘 유지되고 있어서 놀기 편했습니다. 다만 엘베없이 계단으로 오르락 내리락해야하는게 힘들긴했네요. (올라올땐 계단말고 배+버기 타고 돌아올 순있지만, 그것도 만만치않게 귀찮고, 좀 일찍 끊기는 느낌이라, 썩 편하진 않았어요.) 이거랑 헬스장이 없는게 유일하게 아쉬운 점이였네요. 위치도 중심가랑 그리 멀지 않고, 투어가실때 주로가야하는 마리나 피콜라 항구랑도 걸어서 10분~15분이면 가서(물론 여기도 절벽..언덕입니다..올라올때 힘듦..)위치적으로도 좋습니다. 한국분들 후기도 잘없고, 동양인 손님들이 잘 없어서 좀 긴장했는데, 제가 갔던 숙소중에 제일 좋은 숙소중 하나였습니다. 소렌토 오시는 분들은 꼭 와보시길!

Room is beautiful and spacious. Especially love the spacious and bright bathroom. Breakfast in the terrance was very special and staff were very friendly and attentive. The only thing I wish was different was that they provided daily bottled water rather than charge €4 per 500ml bottle. At this price point I think it is a reasonable expectation.

I can't even begin to say how beautiful this hotel was. The staff was wonderful and so accommodating. We did not eat here but had apperitivo every day before our dinner and it was just lovely on the terrace. Our room was wonderful and the sea view was just spectacular

This hotel is one of the finest properties at which I've stayed in the entire world. I've traveled to many countries and experienced some great hotels, but this is my favorite. The location is as ideal as one could imagine. It came under new ownership two years ago and they must have spent tens of millions on the renovation. The hotel is immaculate. Stunningly gorgeous with a view you'll remember for all your days. The rooms are beautiful - white, blue and green with fabulous beds. The bar looks like it is a refreshed version of a bygone era in all its opulence and charm. The food was very good. Every meal is well executed and the staff are at the ready to make sure you have an amazing stay. Superior cocktails and spritzes and a small but impressive wine list filled with local gems. A couple of people to call out in particular include Giancarlo who welcomed us with warmth and a great tour of the property while our room was being readied. He made us feel welcome from the Sergio the maitre d' is a joy to be around and a true professional. He makes the experience better with his charm and kindness. He elevates the staff and is a highlight of any dinner looking out on the sea. The restaurant staff are excellent as is the barman. It is an expensive part of the world, but when you're at the Europa Palace, you feel like you're getting service and an experience that meets or exceeds the price.

Book this hotel without hesitation—it will undoubtedly be the highlight of your trip. We stayed one night before heading to Positano, and the experience was amazing. The room was entirely white, clean, and brand new, featuring a huge tub and shower. Despite having a city view with a busy street outside, we didn’t hear a thing and managed to sleep for 10 hours after our flight from the US. The private pool and beach were absolutely worth it. Breakfast on the terrace with an ocean view was iconic, and I can’t wait to return. The staff were welcoming and accommodated every need. The location was perfect, close to the port and shops. The air conditioning was excellent, making the room ice cold, and there were USB-C and USB-A power outlets for charging devices.
