The hotel has an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, it is only a few minutes walk from a vaporetto station and that helps to move around the city. The breakfast is very complete and the rooms are super comfortable and clean. Facilities in relentless conditions.

Nice modern hotel in Venice without being downtown. A short 5 minute walk to the people mover or water buses to take you to city center only about a 10 minute ride. The room ,although small, was adequate with a large step in shower. Free wi fi and breakfast although the breakfast was not to my liking. Powdered eggs and hardly cooked bacon not for me. The facility is spotless and there is a restaurant and bar on premises. Easy check in and out with a helpful staff. Room was very quiet even on the ground floor so we slept very well. Just know that there is nothing within walking distance around the hotel. It is a commercial area. No other places of interest or restaurants. You have to go into Venice. I would recommend this facility. It is fairly priced.

Easy to get about Venice using either the water bus or the people mover. Breakfast was good, some of the hot items were a bit cool but there was plenty of choice. It's breakfast for the American palate but overall was decent. The aircon was ok - the city was very hot and the aircon was set so we couldn't make it any cooler. You do have to request to get the room cleaned - this is not automatically done. But overall I would stay again.

Practically a brand new hotel. If you're hesitant to visit Venice because you're worried about how you'll get to your hotel and having to drag your luggage around cobblestone alleyways and over bridges, this is the hotel to book. The Aliluguna Waterbus from the airport stops at the Tronchetto stop, which is literally across the street from this hotel. From that same stop, you can pick up the ACTV waterbus to navigate around the canals of Venice and get everywhere you want to be. The hotel itself was very comfortable, we booked a 2 bed twin room and it was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and breakfast was included. Also, if you're getting on a cruise ship, the pick up spot for cruise line transfers is at the end of the street. Really, this was great.

The hotel was very clean and they offered a variety of food for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The staff is friendly but we would have appreciated additional information since this was our first trip to Venice. The hotel is walking distance to the vaporetto but about a 30 minute ride to Venice center. If you get motion sickness, you might want to be prepared with medicine in advance or stay in Venice center. It’s reasonably priced because it’s not in the Venice center. If you like to walk out of your hotel and have everything right there for you, this is probably not the hotel for you.

Besides all the benefits of nice and clean room, yummy breakfast and friendly staff, the location of the hotel is excellent. Just 2 minutes walk to the Water taxi which runs 24 hours and provides access to all of the islands in Venice. If you are planning to rent and drive, there is a paid parking plaza next to the hotel and hotel has its own parking as well. I definitely recommend this hotel for the Venice visit.

The hotel is new and clean. Located conveniently - easy access from Venice airport via taxi. Located on outskirts of Venice, but waterboats stop (vaporetto) is few minutes away on Route 2 - very easy to travel to main Venice attractions via the canal. Breakfast is very good. Also, if one wants to walk, it's about 20min walk to main Venice attractions - easy route
