We've been to Hotel Florence twice already. It's a very beautiful hotel! The lakeside location is wonderful, and the rooms are beautifully crafted with lots of color and flowers. A hidden treasure! The beds are very comfortable. It can be a bit loud from the bar downstairs if you sleep with open windows. We suggest rooms 43 or 45. Corner top rooms. In our design and travel guide, we've included the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel in every way. The room we stayed in was both perfect. Clean and had high quality amenities. Our first room had a view of the lake and the second a garden. Both rooms had efficient air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent and the entire staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

I will definitely suggest it to others. We agreed with the other positive evaluations. Although it was regrettably too hot to spend much time out there, we requested a lake view room and remained in room 4 ad hoc and room 5. We particularly liked the front view and lovely lake views. We also enjoyed the old world charm and furnishings but with all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and room were generous, making it a fantastic way to start the day. The hotel is at lake level, which makes it convenient to get there by ferry without having to carry the luggage uphill, but it is close to all of the shops and eateries. I would have liked a mini fridge in the room to store my medications, but the hotel was able to store it for me while I was there without issues. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this decision.

I had previously stayed there, but I didn't stay. The lakeside restaurant restaurant in the hotel served us two gorgeous evening meals. stunning. The servers provided exceptional service, being extremely attentive and friendly without overdoing it. Although we intended to eat there for one evening, after finishing our meal on the first night, we booked the following night. To put it mildly, the location is impressive: we weren't rushed at all, we could have remained at our table the entire evening. Before our trip to Italy, we were fortunate enough to get a table at hysteria franciscan in the moment, which was lovely. However, our experience at the Florence restaurant was just as good, if not better. Bravo to the chef and staff at the Flornce restaurant.

The hotel is situated in the center of town and a restaurant is located on the other side of the road just on the lake. Our room with a view of the lake and it was the best. Old room Clean and classic. very old style look and it's cool. Thank you for having us.
