The hotel is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach. Marina di Pietrasanta is a small town, but if you want more excitement and glamour, there are buses to Viareggio. Viareggio is a pleasant town with a busy but lovely beach and small port. The staff were patient and friendly even though we arrived in a tourist group with more than 40 people. Although the meals quality was simply outstanding, especially the pastas, meat dishes, risotto and soup. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very basic, but unfortunately, this is not an exception in italy all the time. The rooms are clean and there is nothing to complain about. However, the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower entryway was too tiny. However, we learned that the hotel will renovate and renew all of this. Overall a good hotel, and particularly after the renovation, there will be much to look forward to.

The personnel was incredibly pleasant. Although private properties significantly limit access to the actual beach area, the hotel is on a one-way street that runs parallel to the promenade. To get to the beach, you must cross the street on a nearby pedestrian crossing and follow a path down between two homes over the hotel's own route that follows down to this road. Each floor has six apartments, and every one is air-conditioned. Every room has shutters that retract from these shutters and two windows that are a quarter of the width of the room. Wifi is probably only accessible in the front desk area, I performed exceptionally well in room 106 except for the two occasions when the internet dropped. There are only four rooms on the top level, with balconies. The room had two single beds and two bedside tables, a desk and a chair, a built-in wardrobe on the other wall, and a place to store your suitcase. The bedside basin and shower were all in the restroom, and I had a tiny flat TV with 99 channels, but there was not a single one in English. There was a bidet in the bathroom as well as a restroom basin and a shower. A standard plate, one of one type of cheese and cold sausage, one or two varieties of cake, and three different types of cereal. It was difficult to open the packet of liquids
