Rigtig god beliggenhed og fint værelse, selvfølgelig i forhold til at det er et tostjernet hotel. Rengøring var god og personalet venligt og hjælpsomt. Der er ikke så stille, men det kan man heller ikke forvente midt i en storby. Det ville være rart hvis man inden ankomst fik oplyst at turistskat skal betales med kontanter.

This hotel was quite nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's in a great location..quiet, close to the train station, close to restaurants and not far from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Id recommend this hotel for a "no frills" stay. The hotel was in a good position, close to the centre but far enough out to avoid crowds, and a good price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic, but it had a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours, but it was not so noisy to disturb. There was also no lift. This was not a problem for us, but guests with mobility problems may struggle. Overall it suited our needs perfectly and Id stay there again.

I would recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Florence, however; be aware this is an old building and if you have a lot of luggage there are no elevators and you climb the equivalent of two flights of stairs. But once you gain access to the reception, you’ll find yourself in a very pleasant area and the patron is a very cheerful helpful guy. The rooms are very nicely decorated with plenty of storage, with en-suite bathrooms and toiletries supplied. It’s worth mentioning that pets are welcome and I took my cat Amélie to this property. Another point I’d like to make, when I checked out the patron very kindly carried my luggage down to street level, perhaps her heard me cussing when I initially had to climb the two flights of stairs 😂. All in all this hotel is excellent value for money, and it is spotlessly clean in the public areas and rooms. It’s also a relatively short walk from the train station, advise don’t use Apple maps and GPS you’ll be sent on a wild goose chase.

L’hôtel est dans un ancien bâtiment florentin et j’imagine qu’il a vu de nombreuses vies, il est exceptionnellement propre et le propriétaire était sympathique et serviable, il a même porté ma valise et chat pour moi.

Bien, barrio tranquilo, con menos transito que el barrio histórico, a una calle de la estación de trenes, con las mismas comodidades que hay si te quedas en Duomo, al lado de restaurantes, cafés, bares, de muy buena calidad y más económico, serca de todas las atracciones turisticas y sin el ruido del centro

Ho trovato una situazione molto ordinata ed organizzata, anche per le disposizione delle varie stanze all’interno del presso, molto gradita la pulizia, colazione ottima e gradito l’uso di marmellate e cioccolata di marca, poco gradita la posizione delle tende che lascia troppo vedere all’interno delle camere, meglio mettere un perno dove fissare la tenda per coprire meglio

Great hotel - everything needed, very close to train and bus stations and easy to get to sights. Room and bed were comfortable and never had issue with shared bathroom (think I might have even been only one using it).

We have been to many countries including the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Italy, and Spain. So we have lots of experiences with different hotels. I cannot help but say that this hotel is the best one we have ever stayed. We came in very late (after 9:30 pm), but the hotel had someone (in fact, Mr. Bl Gaby, a wonderful and very nice guy to receive us) to check us in. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is within a walking distance to most of the attractions. However, it is highly affordable. Therefore, I highly recommended to anyone with no reservation.

Overall we're pleased with hotel, basic, clean, nice staff, inexpensive and just a few blocks from train station. We would definitely stay here again. Be prepared to climb stairs though.

駅から近いのにとても安い。シャワーもきちんと出るし、清潔。暖房もきちんと効いてました。フロントの方が親切。入口は一階にあり、フロントは二階で、階段を上っていきます。バスルームに浴槽は付いていません。シャワージェルと石鹸、プラスチックコップ、タオルが備え付けられています。ドライヤーもありました。ベッドは、二月に行ったのですが、寒いときように掛けられる毛布がクローゼットに入っていました。通りに面した部屋だと、夜中うるさいです。今回内側の部屋だったので、快適に眠れました。ちなみに、奥の部屋は、建物からいったん外に出て階段を下り、中庭を通ってまた建物に入るという構造でしたので、荷物が重いと大変です。雨の日も。
