Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Pasqua. Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con bagno in comune ed invece con piacere ci hanno assegnato una con bagno in camera. Letti comod,i aria condizionata perfetta, .affaccio interno senza rumori. Pulizia e cortesia. Situato in pieno centro. Vicno alla stazione SMN 10MIN a piedi . Adiacente al Duomo e al mercato. Reception 24h. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location....right next to the Duomo. Not a far walk from the train station. Service of staff was great.

좁지만 나름 깨끗했어요. 공동욕실은 오전에 청소를 해서 그래도 나름 청결을 유지하고 있었고, 위치도 좋았어요. 아쉬운점은 전자레인지나 전기포트가 없다는 사실.. 그래도 나름 만족하는 숙소였습니다.

We stayed here 2 nights in December, the hotel wss better than expected for the price. Rooms and bathroom was very clean, great central location. Excellent value for a one star hotel and for the money paid. Rooms were also warm and breakfast adequate, staff were also nice and helpful.

Foi uma boa surpresa tendo em conta que as minhas expetativas eram muito baixas. O hotel está muito bem locaziado, junto à estação de comboios e perto da duomo o que facilita as deslocações. A única "dificuldade" deveu-se ao facto do chuveiro não ser nada prático... não existia uma área individual para tomar banho, inundando a casa de banho de cada vez que era utilizado. O pessoal também não propriamente o mais simpático mas não foram antipáticos nem mal-educados.

Lille hotel i San Lorenzo området, hvorfra det tager 5 min. at gå til domkirkepladsen og centrum. 10 min. til stationen. Væreslset var meget lille og badet var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, da badesektionen var så lille at der blev vådt overalt. Fin morgenmad. Wi-Fi virker kun i receptionen. En del af personalet taler ikke engelsk og der er ikke hjælp at hente hvis du har brug for information omkring firenze. Alt i alt et fint hotel til prisen.

El hotel está muy bien situado en pleno centro turístico de Florencia. La habitación bastante limpia y con muy buen olor, eso sí, en las dos noches que pasamos no nos cambiaron las toallas. Nosotros no cogimos el desayuno, y gracias a dios que no lo hicimos porque era bastante pobre. Lo que hicimos fue comprar en un supermercado que hay al lado del hotel desayuno y nos salió bastante más barato y cundió más. El wifi era totalmente GRATUITO. El baño nos pillaba bastante lejos de la habitación, pero eso es mala suerte. La verdad, es que la limpieza del mismo escaseaba bastante. Además la ducha era muy curiosa. En medio del cuarto de baño estaba plantada, sin mampara ni cortina, así que acababa todo el baño empapado, incluida la puerta. Los empleados del hotel muy amables incluso coincidió el partido de la Eurocopa Italia-España y estuvimos viéndolo con ellos haciendo bromas. En realidad aunque reservamos en el hotel Regina, nos alojaron en otro hotel de la planta inferior al hotel Regina. Parece ser que formalmente son dos hoteles diferentes pero en la práctica son un único hotel.

We arrived at the evening and the staff was nice. We were upgraded to a room with a private bathroom wich was nice. The room was pretty clean, with some dead mosquitoes on the walls but for the price of the room it was fine. The bathroom had a really old smell . Have to say that the best thing was the location!!! We left our luggages half a day at the fromt desk and when we went to pick them up i wanted to use the toilet one last time befor the train and i wasn't allowed too!!! They said that it was for guests only and we areafy checked out so we are not guests.

Très déçu de cette "hotel". Les chambres sont situé dans un bâtiment résidentiel mélangé avec des appartements. La chambre était minuscule et mon compagnon et moi avons eu des lits séparés. Donc vraiment pas top pour notre week-end romantique ! La salle de bain était commune ce qui n'était pas spécifié lors de ma réservation ! Le personnel était cependant très gentil et serviable et nous a beaucoup aidé dans l'organisation de nos visites.
