Alt man trenger for god frokost. Hotellet var rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Vennlig personale og bra beliggenhet. Nås lett ved å ta tram rett fra flyplassen. Bassenget var fantastisk å ha siden det var hetebølge når vi var der.

The rooms were very clean, plenty of lighting, storage space, & the pillows are amazing. The breakfast was really good & had plenty of variety. The spa & pool were excellent, especially due to the heat. The staff was kind and helpful each day.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the IQ Hotel Firenze. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and helpful with all our needs. When we first checked into our room, the air conditioning was not working adequately. They kindly supplied us with a fan and said they’d have a technician look at it in the morning. When he couldn’t get it to work better, Mirko was so gracious to move us to an upgraded room, and even supplied beverages while we waited for our new room to be cleaned. Thank you Mirko! The rooms were very clean, and the complimentary breakfast had so many great options. Elisa gave us restaurant recommendations which were fantastic. We had family staying at a 5 star hotel in Florence and when we left their hotel after a brief visit, we said we liked our hotel even better! We would definitely stay again at this lovely hotel and appreciate that it’s a little removed from the busy streets of Florence.

Excelente hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The laundry room was also very convenient and well-maintained, which made the stay even easier for longer visits. The bar staff stood out as well—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which added a really nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a relaxing place with good amenities and great service.

I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch.
