Perfect place to stay to explore all Florence has to offer! Centrally located, clean, VERY comfortable beds and the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in Europe. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby which is great for staying hydrated in the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, easy access yet very secure and good sized room. Helpful and friendly staff and would stay here again. It was very nice, it is downtown in piazza area. Just be mindful of luggage since you will have to walk with it across the plaza to get a taxi.

This place did not disappoint, the location is perfect since you have everything you need just a few steps away. Shopping and restaurants near by which was super convenient. It’s located in a cute plaza however very quiet at night. Our room was nice, clean, and the bed very comfortable. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. The staff was nice and super helpful.

There are only 6 rooms. Quiet, clean comfortable and cozy. Had the best sleeps and felt clean. Location was perfect. Right outside the square with shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again and recommend to others!

Hotel was in a great location! The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. My only issue was we couldn’t control our own air conditioning. It was a little too warm for us. Overall, I would highly de recommend!

Our stay was great. It’s in a very centrally located area in Piazza della Reppublica but you can barely hear outside noise. The room was very clean, remodeled bathroom and the small lobby area had water and coffee at all times. The staff was helpful, our bags got stuck in the elevator and had to wait (do not put the bags alone in the elevator bc you won’t be able to open it) but they were very attentive to get it resolved. It was a great experience for a small boutique hotel

Maria and Sarah were amazing hostesses! Property was absolutely Italian (which was the feel I wanted), and rooms were beautifully decorated. Hair dryer, water and towel warmer in the room were helpful, as were the Culligan water system and Nespresso machine in the lobby. Only shampoo and body wash in the shower, so bring conditioner. The property is very centrally located, and you wake up to beautiful music playing in the Piazza. It seems like everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again!
