Very nice spot to stay. Very easy to find when you know the road it’s on. Big open windows for air flow. Rooms very nice. Close to the train station and tons of places to eat.

We stayed in the room that also included a kitchen and it was great. The location is easy to get around (though read till the end) and Giangi, the manager, was super helpful and welcoming. And as we were checking in after normal hours, he gave us very clear instructions. The breakfast was also delicious at the bakery downstairs. (Though sadly for my wife there were no gluten free options). Be aware: It is a typical Italian unit block, which has no elevator. And so we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs. And finally, my last tip. If you have luggage with wheels... i would catch a taxi to the apartment, not wheel it there from the train station. (I write this from experience. The 12 minute walk from Napoli Central train station felt like a really long way!)

Check in was easy. The place was nice, nice antique furniture, art and eclectic style. Beds were comfy. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Location was great and close to everything.

Giangi was excellent. Super friendly and told us everything we needed to know to make our stay enjoyable. He was so helpful and informative. The property is fab. Really retro and old school. Lovely cool vibe. Location is superb and close to the historic centre. The only thing to be aware of is the y flights of stairs.

Nos gusto muchísimo este alojamiento. Giangi muy amable y voluntarioso. Está en un lugar céntrico que puedes ir a todas partes caminando. Tienes un Lugar para poder recrearte y tomar un café o té y dejar comida en una nevera si algún día te apetece descansar. Recomendable al cien por cien.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Stanze del Principe. Giangi est ultra accueillant, de bon conseil pour nous guider dans la ville, pour les transports, etc L'hôtel est très bien situé : en termes de restaurant, de transports, et tout près du centre historique. Un espace commun est prévu , nous avons apprécié y boire notre thé chaque soir en rentrant ! A 20mn à pieds environ de la gare centrale, où prendre le Alibus pour l'aéroport

Giangi the manager was charming and so helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for access to all you would want to explore in the city. Our bed was comfy and our room facing into the courtyard was nice and quiet. The communal areas have tea, coffee, water etc so we had all we needed.

Excelente opción, muy bonito solamente hacer mención que no hay elevador para quienes lo estén buscando (para mí no fue problema). Atención de 100, me llamaron para darme todos los detalles. La zona no es muy bonita pero la estancia si. Por la noche no hay restaurantes abiertos a partir de las 9-10 de la noche.

This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in Napoli. The proprietor is an absolute gem. He is kind, patient and gracious. He even carried our luggage to the taxi. We did learn that 65 steps is to the 2nd floor😃 There is no lift/elevator so you will be carrying your luggage up stairs. The treat is when you get there this 1670’s building is fantastic! We were not disappointed at all.
