I had an amazing stay at this lovely B &B located in the city center. We had a spacious room that was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, extremely attentive and let us check in at 10 am!

Everything was super clean and comfortable; the only thing is that you should arrive early—don't check in too late—because you have to carry your suitcases up several floors. If you arrive when Giangi is there, he helps with everything; he’s a really nice person. That was the only issue, but the place is highly recommended and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It looks a bit odd from the street, but that’s normal; thank God we had a great time.

The place is really nice—very clean and comfortable. The only downside is having to carry luggage up several flights of stairs; if you arrive before Giangi (the manager) leaves, he’ll help you carry everything up, but if you arrive after 10 PM, you have to do it yourself. Still, everything is great. Breakfast is at the shop next door—coffee and a croissant—and it’s good. The place looks a bit odd from the outside, but we walked around quite a bit and had no issues. Giangi, the manager, is a wonderful person and always very attentive.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. The hotel staff is personable and welcoming; and they even helped to arrange reasonably priced early morning taxis to the airport. You won't regret booking this place!

Great stay from the moment we arrived. The owner was present and even helped us with the luggage going up the stairs. He was friendly, helpful and a warm person! Great shared area with fresh filtered water and coffee machine, a big fridge to share snd different sitting areas in a wonderfully well kept authentic building, thank you!

Great location right next to beach and restaurants. Down an alley way. Clean. Comfortable. Working AC and not as many steps.

Great room and a great location. Cab stand 1/2 block away for travel all over. The owner recommended a great parking garage 2 minutes walk away and the were great. 30€ a day for parking. When we return to Naples we will definitely stay here again!

The property was in a great location, I was around so many restaurants and important areas. Climbing the stairs with my luggage was probably the worst of it, but I felt safe the entire time. The room was very spacious, and it felt very intimate. The manager, Giangi, was super helpful and friendly! The Naples charm is so real, the city and area was 10/10 for us!

The accommodation is more like an Airbnb apartment than a hotel. It is a small one-bedroom apartment with a living room. Breakfast is not provided; only coffee and a croissant are available. There is no elevator, so you need to climb five flights of stairs, which may be difficult with luggage. I also wouldn't describe the atmosphere as family-friendly. It's worth considering these points before booking.

We loved our stay at Le Stanze del Principe B&B! The staff were super friendly & helpful. They answered all of our questions & suggested lots of interesting places to visit in Napoli. If you are looking for a more authentic Italian experience that you wont get at a hotel, this is the perfect place for you! The B&B is in an older building that has loads of old world charm. There are no elevators, so if mobility is an issue, request a ground floor room. The rooms are nicely renovated. Our stay included the use of a common area lounge space, as well as a breakfast area with self-serve coffee, tea & water. Lots of restaurants & gelaterias within walking distance. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff! Giangi & Giulia were so friendly & they treated us like we were old friends! Grazie mille Giangi e Giulia!! 😃❤️
