Ottima la posizione centrale a prezzi modesti. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima notte e deciso di prenotare anche l'ultima sul luogo. Ben servito da mezzi pubblici anche per raggiungere l'aeroporto ( 20 minuti con Alibus)

Camera confortevole, albergo sulla strada più importante di Catania, quindi tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Difficile parcheggiare. Personale cortese, colazione standard. Complessivamente positivo.

L'Hotel dispose d'un bon emplacement, situé sur l'avenue Etnéa, commerces, restaurants, transports et animations nocturne et monuments historiques, jardin Bellini a 100m. Le personnel est très disponible et à l'écoute, l'accueil est chaleureux. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Magnifique séjour en famille. Très très bon hotel

We have stayed here on three occasions while traveling through Catania. Really appreciate that the front desk is staffed 24 hours which means late arrivals are fine. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. There is an elevator. Rooms are great, have slept in 3 of the 9 rooms and all have been comfortable. The safe is really appreciated. Breakfast selection is good and they will make you eggs and bacon and cappuccino fresh if you want it. It is on Via Etna which is a very popular street and is very close to the airport alibus stop at bellini ovest across the street.

This hotel is very comfortable and has a central location. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. But still, the wifi connection was not working properly. I have to give thanks to Elisabeth for the very friendly and helpful staff.

We immediately knew this small hotel was inside one of the old palazzos and found it immediately. It is not uncommon in satanic to find a very dilapidated entrance leading to something pleasant so I wasnt put out on finding a grand old door with many better days and a desolate kind of courtyard. A small lift and a dusty staircase are both accessible by a door to your right. The lift is slow and tiny, but that's the only drawback of this place. Once upstairs, the location is bright, modern, spotless, and reasonably priced. Our room had carved ceiling, air conditioning, three very comfortable beds, a private bathroom, a flat-screen refrigerator, and a balcony overlooking guarded warning. The staff is friendly and friendly. A delicious breakfast is included in the price, and the staff let us leave our luggage at reception until we were called after check out.

I liked the helpful and friendly receptionist. Location great. Huge room with seating area and spectacular ceiling. Excellent ac that cools a room of this size. I don't like: 1 the attached pictures of the mold in the shower speak for themselves. On arrival, there is a palaver. The hotel is on the second floor. To use the lift, you must have a key. It was not stated that the receptionist must come down with a key. I was halfway up the stairs, my wife and the bags in the tiny lift were unable to move when the receptionist arrived. 3 The staircase is poorly lit. The first time we went down, the lights went off, and I eventually identified the light switches. The breakfast was disappointing. We decided to go downtown for breakfast after the first morning. 5 Bring your own shampoo, etc. over the course of three days, none was provided. They said they were awaiting the order. The front door signage is poor. See the photos attached, we wouldn't go back.

It'd be a mistake to be let down by the antique wooden doors and the old stairs. Permanent! The contemporary interior has a warm and friendly welcome. This hotel manages to combine old and new with style. Breakfast was continental, but the staff were happy to offer bacon and eggs. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, competent, and effective. Small hotel on one floor. Due to stairs and a small lift, this hotel is not really suitable for the infirm.

posizione ottimale per visitare il centro di Catania; il personale è stato molto disponibile anche per qualche consiglio su cosa visitare e dove andare a cenare. Nonostante l'ubicazione in pieno centro città, non abbiamo sentito rumori provenire dall'esterno.

Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet - stattdessen gab es einen Gutschein für ein Café, wo es nur ein extrem süßes Teilchen und ein Getränk gab. Diese Vorgehensweise lag aber vermutlich an der geringen Auslastung des Hotels.

Hotel pulito con confort senza grandi pretese ( mancava il riscaldamento nel bagno ) Petsonale gentile e disponibile, in centro città quindi ottimo per lasciare l’auto e girare a piedi la città.

Sono stato molto bene in questo hotel posizionato in un punto perfetto del centro di Catania. Personale sempre disponibile e molto cortese. La struttura ha aperto da pochissimo quindi deve essere ancora perfezionata al 100% ma è tutto sempre molto pulito e funzionante. Ci sono tornato in due diverse occasioni e se dovesse capitare non mancherà anche una terza !!!

Sono stato con la mia ragazza. Secondo piano con montacarichi piccolissimo, le foto del palazzo non sono le reali dell' (hotel) Nel bagno non c'è il bidet, e la doccia senza copertura(ad ogni doccia un allagamento) Pulizia generale nella norma. Sufficiente la colazione Buona la posizione
