Great hotel in a prime location. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, and a very nice room. A couple minor issues, like loud AC, and the bottom of the shower wasn't set right so water would leak out onto the floor, but overall a really good experience.

The property is a peaceful gem in the middle of all action. Upon entering, the beautiful stone floors lead to a beautiful, serene lobby. A short walk to all of the action. The decor is beautiful and calming. They even have a lovely library. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful with advice. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was lovely. Some things to be aware of: it is located on a very busy street so it will not be quiet, but alas, you are a short walk to all of the action. You will hear all of the city sounds, sirens and honking horns. While beds are fairly comfortable, the pillows are less than amazing. The bathroom lighting is rather dark making it less than ideal formsoing makeup. There are about 5 steps to enter up to the reception desk. You will have to haul your bags up. There are no staff available to help. Once you climb those steps, there is an elevator to get up to the higher floors.

Lovely hotel perfectly located to walk everywhere. If you are in a single room there is a flight of stairs to 4th floor after the elevator takes you to 3rd floor. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again!

Ottima posizione, due minuti a piedi sei al Teatro Massimo (salotto della città). Camere molto pulite, accoglienti, pur essendo sulla strada principale sono silenziose. Prima colazione eccezionale, persino cannoli da riempire al momento. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Veramente consigliabile.

Hotel reformado , apenas 3 andares . Cama , banheiro , café da manhã excelente . Fazíamos tudo a pe, localização era bem central . Único ponto a melhorar , a iluminação pouco escura . Apenas esse detalhe que não interfere em nada na boa experiência que foi se hospedar nesse hotel .

Book for a birthday stay and it was such a lovely hotel. We were pleasant surprised at how spacious the hotel was. The service at the front desk was excellent, when we informed them that we had an early start to go the airport the accommodated us with a breakfast box of light bites. The Hotel breakfast was also *chefs kiss*, the organic jams were incredible

The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the 'flooding' with towels in order to use the rest of the Bathroom. We requested to move rooms, but were told that they were full, and we 'booked the last room'. Instead, the next day we were provided with a standard lamp, and a chair, and a second bath mat! The Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety.
