Super Lage direkt am Kanal – ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders schön war, dass wir jeden Morgen draussen frühstücken konnten. Die Auswahl war klein, aber gut.

Das Hotel ist erstklassig. Das Essen, die Lage, die Bedienung sowie das gesamte Ambiente. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben es genossen. Das Frühstück war köstlich! Ein grosses und herzliches Danke auch an den lieben Medi und seinen Kollegen! Sie waren stets bemüht, uns beim Essen wohl fühlen zu lassen, was im Bedienungsstress nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. DANKE☀️

Note to Orbitz Representative: Please STOP advertising this hotel with a Pool amenity. This was very disappointing to us on arrival especially for a hotel at this price point. This hotel does NOT have a pool. It is a cold plunge. Not heated. There is a suite with a hot tub for 4 but that is the only one that is heated. Otherwise it is COLD plunge. I booked this because I was excited for my kids to experience a private pool with a view but unfortunately that is NOT the case.

Mi è stato proposto un upgrade che ho accettato, purtroppo per cause non dovute al personale della struttura la mia vasca idromassaggio non ha funzionato subito perfettamente, per colmare questo disguido la responsabile mi ha raggiunto al ristorante scusandosi dell’accaduto mi offriva gratuitamente l upgrade richiesto al check in.

Wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful unique rooms. We had one of the loft rooms on the 3rd floor. It was very nice with views of the water and the front gardens. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. On check in he walked us all the way to our underground parking spot, then back up to the hotel and took our bags in for us. Great location for walking to the shops and restaurants along the river.

An almost perfect stay at Pavillon. There is a lot to love about this hotel. We were in a ‘penthouse’ canal view room. The whole building is beautiful, the room is massive. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the ferry that connects you to the rest of Lake Garda, 15 min walk to the train station for day trips to Verona, Milan, Venice. 20 min taxi to Verona airport. Peschiera itself is also beautiful. Breakfast was great. We ate whilst looking over the canal. Maria and Nicole were both amazing, helping us with the menu and letting us try out our broken Italian! The food is good - there is more variation than first appears on the menu, as you can tailor things. But I said ‘almost’ perfect, so the less perfect: The ‘canal view’. You will only get the view while standing because of how the balcony works. You can’t sit on the balcony with a view, nor while in the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi itself. The touch screen panel is on the side and is covered in water as soon as you get into the jacuzzi, making it hard to use. The lights in the room. Takes a while to work out the controls! The service - the people are amazing. But often difficult to find someone on reception, as staff are shared between the restaurant and hotel. But, overall, would stay again. Maria and Nicole definitely the stars of the hotel, and the peaceful breakfasts overlooking the canal were a highlight of our trip.

Excellent location Lovely spacious room & large bathroom But remember what really matters is the welcome & attitude of the staff There is a disconnect from the rooms and the restaurant The restaurant staff are in too many tourist mode so not welcoming at all But the check in desk was So it is more of a restaurant with rooms than a hotel when it comes to service which is unfortunate because the rooms and location are very good indeed. Perhaps hotel level customer service for the restaurant staff would improve matters.

This was our last property that we stayed in so we have a real benchmark of other similar properties this last ten days. The property itself is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and extremely well presented. The team maintain an extremely high standard of cleanliness in both the bedrooms and common areas. Our room was stunning, it was a bit of a treat and we booked a junior suite. It had a bedroom, lounge and bathroom area with jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower area which was great. There were a couple of very minor downside; the communication was poor and it was slightly difficult to find..... All other other properties sent across welcome messages, requests for pre checking information and city tax requests. All came with great directions and one even sent a video of how to get to their property. We didn't get one message from the property prior to arrival. We wrote to Pavillion 3 times on the app asking if we could drop bags early but didn't have one response. As it turns out we turned up early and our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. Google maps misdirects you and we walked up and down trying to find it a few times, perhaps better signposting for reception would have helped.. These are only minor irritations rather than huge grumbles and areas of minor improvement that would make the experience exceptional rather than very very good. Would I stay again, most definitely yes, it was a wonderful place to rest for a few nights.
