This property is very close to the fontana di trevi. Just one minute from the main door. In the morning you can certainly beat the crowd to see the trevi. If you get up eraly enough, you can avoid paying the Trevi fee 2 euros. You may find this place a little bit noisy because there are many tourists visiting the trevi till very late at anight. But locationwise, I think this place is perfectly located. Unlike other regular hotels, this hotel does not have a hotel sign on the main door. You have to spot this place with the street name and street number. You canfind the name of the hotel on the door bell list by the main door. You also have to advise the hotel reception of your arrival time in advise because they do not operate 24/7.

I had a great stay at this place the maid she was awesome lady,Location location are awesome,everything are right there only step away from everything. the main entry should be more cleaner,should make more welcome,the room was clean may be a small lamb table beside the bed and ,should use international plug-in, for adults are great place,I would recommend for my friends. Thanks for let us dropbthe luggages of early even the room are not really awesome and kind Thanks again

Our first trip to Rome and we were very pleased with our stay. Very kind staff and great communication with us. They allowed us to leave our bags while preparing our room which was so helpful coming straight from airport at noon. Clean and spacious room right by Trevi Fountain with great location for restaurants and taxis or hop on hop off bus.

The room was clean, staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room had everything we needed and was in a great location, super easy to get everywhere in the city. The only drawback is it can be very noisy at nighttime as it is so central and the windows don’t block the noise. Would be worth having earplugs. Would come back!!

This was very close to Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. Even though it was close, it was relatively quiet at night. Marcia was an excellent host.

Perfect location and conveniently close to lot of places in downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive since a week before our arrival preparing everything to make sure our arrival and stay was very smooth and comfortable. The location is superb — just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and many central sights. A convenient bus connects you to the Vatican. The suite was nice and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent and flexible — you can specify the level of service you want each day (hang sign on door, instructions provided), which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is in an older building without an elevator. The stairs can be a bit challenging, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. The hosts were highly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. They provided an umbrella when needed and arranged a taxi to the airport, which made departure smooth. Five stars for location, cleanliness, and attentive hosts. Great choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Rome and appreciate thoughtful service.
