I had a great time in this family-oriented dog-friendly house. The apartment itself is pleasant and clean, the swimming pool is nice, as are the rest of the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside is that no essentials are provided sugar, salt, oil, kitchen towels, toilet paper. We need to clean the kitchen and bring all the bins to the main garbage outside the house, and the water quality is very poor and impossible. Overall, our stay was pleasant and at a reasonable price, we just wished we knew all those points beforehand.

We have just returned from two weeks. Had a lovely time. The apartment was roomy and spotless, with a garden area in front of it with a table and chairs, a great pool area, a fun animation team, and a kids club, and it took only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The bar and eatery served pleasant meals and excellent customer service. Minor maintenance issues were quickly resolved. We visited several beautiful local towns, including Sienna, San Gimignano, Volterra, view the 1398 festival, if there in August, it was amazing, piss, and a couple other locations. Turning left out of the complex, crossing the main road, and then heading down the first road on your right allowed us to access our preferred beach. It was lovely, and there is a free public beach right across from the paid one, which has cafe, restaurants, and toilets. Apart from a small toilet fee, you can use these without having to pay. There are a few criticisms, but five still could have used a nonstick frying pan, and the wifi was poor, and it did not function when the complex was full. But these did not detract from a fantastic vacation. In conclusion, I heartily suggest a beautiful grounds and a charming ambiance.

My wife and I are staying in the studio for 3 weeks. We have a great time here. This was the location from which we traveled around Tuscany by our own vehicle. The staff is very nice, speaks English very well and is helpful. The hotel is very clean and the tides are good. I strongly recommend Residence Rosa dei Venti, very good quality for a reasonable price.

The apartment was clean, with a kitchenette, a balcony, and a fairly new bathroom. The buffet in the area was great, with delicious food, great coffee, and wine. We only regret that the pool has very limited opening hours in the morning and evening because of cleaning processes, but the water in the pool was great and clean.

I was reluctant to stay here, but on arrival we were warmly greeted, given our keys, and opened the door to our two bedroom, two bathroom, two-story lodging. Wow, that was the first impression, bright, tidy, spacious, and bigger than anticipated. Comfortable beds, spotless fresh linen, and a linen change. The pool was large, but swim caps must be worn, but these were available at the front desk for EUR2. The bar-shop restaurant was great, marco was always there with a friendly greeting, and his mother prepared the delicious food. A couple of very pleasant evenings were served for EUR8 for a litre of local wine. There are a few restaurants close to the home, and the beach is about a 10-minute stroll away. Although not the cheapest day trip, the kids had a great time.
