The hotel is in a great location and is in decent condition. The breakfast is standard. The service is good. I will visit this hotel again if i go back.

Excellent hotel in a prime area. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has the appearance of a boutique hotel. The rooms are charming, and the hotel overall feels cozy and has great attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent and varied, with excellent attention to detail. We only used the bar once, and while it is a little pricey, the drinks were delicious. I would heartily suggest this hotel to anyone visiting florence, as its location is unbeatable, just a 10-15minute walk from most of the citys tourist attractions.

Fantastic hotel! The staff was always polite, helpful, had great restaurant recommendations, and delivered welcome drinks upon arrival. They definitely go the extra mile. Our room had a fantastic view, choose a room with a view of the square! Great central location, everything is within walking distance! And thats even with a kid in tow.

This hotel is highly recommended! This hotel was in a great location, close to a train station and lots of shopping. The rooms are very spacious. The only odd thing was that getting to our room required using 3 elevators to multiple floors.

The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom is all marble and the water pressure is strong and great for daily showers. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. I love that coffee, espresso, cappuccino and hot chocolate are all made to order. There is no machine! Perfect location in a quiet and spacious piazza Santa Maria Novella. Its only a 3minute walk to the center duomo. Restaurants, grocery stores and bars are all nearby.

The staff and the fantastic location, right in the heart of firenze! And the stunning Santa Novella basilica is right outside the front entrance. I want to stay at this hotel on our next trip to firenze. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased i was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the view from the window were also great. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in firenze.

Excellent location! The slight increase in price of the supreme room, which did not have the lovely canopy over the bed shown in the picture, is not something i believe was justified. Excellent breakfast and a prime location! Everything is within walking distance, and getting to and from the train station is simple. Excellent restaurants are located right next to the hotel, including the hotel bar, which offers a fantastic view of santa maria novella.
