We had a great three-night stay at Salon del Doge. We had the beautiful blue junior suite and loved it. There is plenty of extra space in this larger space to spread out, including an additional comfortable twin bed for napping, reading, and relaxing after a day of touring and walking. The toilet and tub are separate from the small shower sink room, which makes it nice to have more room to get ready each morning or evening. Alessandro and her team are of the highest caliber. Someone is always available to help out and make suggestions. Alessandro offers a fantastic city tour, which we enjoyed. I would absolutely reserve this unique tour. She has numerous degrees in art history and work experience in restoration. She was the perfect person to take us on a 2-hour tour and share many details and history of her beloved city as a native of Venice. She is a delight to walk in Venice. See the attached pictures breakfast is lovely. It is fascinating to observe how venice operates. A piazza restaurant is located downstairs, we didnt use it but it is a popular place for locals. Watching the locals come and go is amazing. It does not interrupt your stay and is not noisy at all. Just plain fun and handy if you want a patrol spritz or snack. The rooms have soundproof windows so even though on the water, you can block sound

Nice traditional venetian experience in a fantastic location. Alessandro's sincerity, warmth, and kind nature made my first visit to beautiful Venice exceptional. It was a pleasure to meet her and I couldn't be more grateful.

At the end of March, we stayed for four nights. Everything was excellent. The hotel has a lovely view of the large canal from a remote courtyard, making it easy for visitors to enjoy quiet nights and quick access to important attractions like the realtor bridge. The hotel offers a great location, our room was breathtaking with a view of a small canal, and Alesandro and his team made us feel at home, even giving my husband birthday presents.

Good for a couple of nights. Rooms are a bit in the Italian baroque style. A bit of a venice sewage smell in the bathroom. But the friendliness of our host and the location close to the Gran Canal was a big plus.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 days. Great location, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and excellent service in the morning that made us feel at home and gave us lots of information about the city tour. Great experience in venice too thanks to the hotel
