The owner of this property is amazing ! Room is very clean and smells amazing ! If you need something you message him and he’s right at your door with whatever you need! I will definitely stay here again next time !

The property was clean and the host Mario super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not the nicest but considering Naples, it fit with the rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location for train station. Room looked great but had major ant problem. Noticed a couple in the bed and we went out for late night snack. Brought back a bit of food and woke up in the morning to our garbage and food being full of them. Broken shower head that sprays directly at drywall ceiling from rain head

Where do I start? I booked the day before, around 19:30, then off I went to enjoy the rest of the night. To be fair, it does state to contact the establishment 24 hours before, to arrange check-in, so there's that! I arrived the next day, around 10:55, buzzed the door, with no reply. I then called the provided number (no answer) and then left a message via Expedia. I tent into Naples, as it does state a 15:00 check-in. (To note, I did not receive an email with check-in instructions, just the standard Expedia confirmation). I returned around 14:00 and called them again. Then again at 14:18 and 14:54/14:55. The call at 14:54 was engaged, so the phone seemed to be on! I also left another few messages via Expedia and sent one text. I agree that there are rules, but I've been to many, MANY hotels and this is the first time this has happened. Zero communication from the hotel. In the end, I had to spend the night at the Airport. Not the best outcome. The hotel refused a refund. Zero contact, no hotel and no refund. I get that people can cancel but, in this case, I did arrive and I DID contact via whatever method I had.

Well… my experience was terrible, I never got the opportunity to communicate with someone from that property. No phone # No email. I was there and got no answer. It was super frustrating. I was there around 10:00 pm and I left very disappointed.
