Roberta was way beyond a five star! Double that! She understood and really went above and beyond to help us with the accomodation related questions when we had a flat tire on the highway on our way to Rome and experienced a 4+ hour delay. The amenities are great. The coffee capsules generously included and the balcony was to die for. I would only have fixed the one or two quirky floor boards in the room and looked at the balancing of thebubble bath jet streams. That is just a paranthesis. This accomodation exceeded our high expectations and we will try to get the same room if we ever come back to Rome!

This was a very cute room with a great security, you cannot access the building a certain hours unless you have a code and to get to your room also has a passcode for security to the rooms section. The room itself is good. This location is great which is close to many attractions, even by walk if you don't mind you can use the hop on and hop off buses very close as well, by 10 min walking there is the train station so you can go to the airport with no issues. In general this location is in a great location close to Fountain de Trevi and the Colliseum (you have to walk a bit farther about 15min).

Everything was fantastic about this hotel, ease of check in, communications, comfort. Great place to stay. Only regret was using their recommended shuttle service from the airport. Would have been cheaper and quicker if we hired a taxi, and even less expensive if we took the train.

It was our second time at this hotel and we loved it just as much as the first time. We like the proximity to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room is large and comfortable. The black out shades are amazing!

The staff was very friendly especially Rowena. She was very helpful and so nice to talk to. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great location if you only have a few days to spend in Rome.

Overall the hotel was perfect. It was close to the Metro and walkable to many places we wanted to see. There were plenty of food and shopping options close by. The staff every day, from check in to check out, were very helpful. They were attentive and helped set up a shuttle on our last day. There are minor items that are worn and need repair. However they fixed items that were needed quickly (toilet not flushing fixed quickly). CON- they don’t serve breakfast and no food in AM. The pictures show a continental breakfast but there were none for the 4 days we were there. It wasn’t a big deal, but we were expecting it from the pictures when we booked. We would stay here again.

Tolles Hotel

We loved our 4 day stay at Suitedreams. A bit hard to find but great room, staff and location. The elevator was cool, as was the a/c!! Large bath and walk in shower were wonderful. All of the hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Comfy bed after long flight was fantastic. Very close walks to many restaurants for breakfast and dinner and the Metro. Felt very safe all around the area at night. Highly recommend.

When we arrived on June 15th, the receptionist was very friendly; there was also flexibility regarding luggage handling, and the location is excellent, close to tourist attractions. Thanks

Location near Roma Termini was nice, walkable to many amenities. Room was clean, nice and had a small balcony. A/C worked fine as was the hot water in shower, so we had no issues. Perhaps only drawback is that hotel is in an old building and elevator is tiny and shared with another hotel in same building, but we did not mind using stairs.
