We choose to go on beautiful hiking tours all day, but we return to the hotel early enough to enjoy nature brought inside of this place, starting with a delicious breakfast and delicious organic dishes in the evening. You want to stay dreaming in the spa area, and the bishop outside the lovely saunas is the icing on the cake of the amenities. We always have a great time there and are looking forward to our next stay.

This is our first visit here and we will definitely return. If you want to stay in a hotel where you can get the finest meals and sleep, this is the place to stay. I appreciate the daughter family.

The service at this hotel was also very good, with a really friendly and professional personnel. Plus, the location was also great and it had great views. Plus, the cuisine was wonderful, and so was the service. I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere inside the room with the winter garden vibe, as well as the pleasant employees.

Overall a good stay, but not great. We spent a week at this hotel skiing at Kronplatz, a 15-minute drive from the slopes. First things first, the best cuisine, particularly in the evenings, the breakfast is quite boring with the same ham and muesli every day, they do not have a special menu for kids, but they prepare additional meals for our kid every evening. nice staff even though they only speak german and italian, daily information about weather and activities is also only in English, I had a decent massage and the hotel is pretty small 40 guests. Now, the hotel is not child-friendly, there is no playground for children and a spa pool area is not designed for children. Visitors were showing us how uneasy they were with our son playing in the very small portion of the indoor pool, but there was no indication that it is just for adults, the guests are mainly not very friendly old german and italian couples, the decor in the room is non-existent, it wasn't comfortable, the hotel needs renovations, the first impression was extremely negative, the wifi in the rooms to the size of a computer screen and no international channels, the heating was working on and off, the water pressure under the shower, and they charged us 2 for tap water while diners.

They should read more about the hotel! 4 close to a ski resort 5 special dishes for vegetarians on request. negative 1 very simple rooms, not cosy. The bed was quite uncomfortable 2 not sure if I misread something, but I expected a bit more spa area.
