At the time of completing the fast check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by the Italian law on rentals.

Please note that at check-in you will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Admission to our apartments is free from 16:00 until 21:00. After 21:00 there is a surcharge of 40€ to arrange late check-in. You will receive instructions to reach the property immediately after completing the fast check-in.

For long-term stays (over 29 nights) you must, at check-in, sign a lease and one for services and be in possession of an Italian tax code.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. In case of violation will be charged an amount of 200 €.

Pets are not allowed. If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and a cleaning fee will be charged.
