The receptionist was wonderful, as was the bell bellman. We had lunch after the room was already booked. Delicious pasta. The room had a wonderful and comfortable bed. The meal was lavish and worth the seconds.

Ideally located to a beautiful hotel in Naruto, with a remote location, a convenient self-drive place. There are no nearby restaurants or retail centers. With a swimming pool and a nice view of the sea, it's great for a peaceful holiday. Great service at the reception. The room is large and has a sea view. Due to the earthquake in Osaka, I have to leave earlier.

In early August, we stayed one night while we were in Shinobu. The family room, with 4 beds, includes a balcony that faces the ocean and offers a stunning sunrise view. If you visit the nearby arts museum and Naruto whirlpool, staying at this hotel is convenient. There is a free underground parking spot. Due to the summer holiday, the beach does not appear attractive, and the swimming pool is swamped by young children. So, we choose to swim at this hotel rather than to use the onset. There are two corridors connecting both buildings, giving guests access to both the onset on the ground floor as well as the upper level. The extremely delicious buffet with so many choices for breakfast and dinner is the highlight. When I return to Naruto, I would love to stay at this hotel because of the kind employees and the pleasant resort atmosphere.

Our trip to Shinobu was endemic this evening. We genuinely loved that the hotel was the most expensive yet also most opulent. One of the uniformed employees welcomed us at the main entrance, bringing all of our baggage on a trolley. After that, one of the employees parked our rental vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Since we a bit early, we had to wait a short while for our rooms to be ready. When it arrived, the staff member went up to greet us and brought all our bags to our rooms on the ninth floor. These rooms were very roomy and cozy, with balconies on them. We also had a connecting door between the two rooms, which as a family was extremely convenient. We only stayed here for one night, but we had dinner at one of the eateries, which offered a very wide variety of delicious dishes, including pudding, which is somewhat rare in Japan. After that, some of our family members went to one of the hotel rooms, which was largely outside. After supper, we all slept soundly and woke up the following morning to a gorgeous panorama over the sea from our rooms, and even better from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently situated near bus stops that can take you to the Naruto whirlpool area including the location where they start the boat tours. The buffet restaurant was full during the first hour after they open, and you might have to wait in a long line to get your food from each buffet station. I would return to this hotel. The hotel has an excellent beach location. Because we were members of the Marriott Rewards program, we were promoted to an ocean view room. By Japanese standards, the room was big and well-appointed. We were given a package that included breakfast and dinner. Be sure to reserve reservations before supper. There were four options for us, including the buffet, but we were unable to order any before 800. Large tour buses often stop here, so they fill the restaurants rapidly. There were some reasonably priced wines available on the menu by Japanese standards, and the cuisine was excellent. The breakfast buffet is packed for the first hour after it opens, and you may have to wait in a long line to get your meals from each of the buffet stations. It's better to wait until the crowd goes down for brunch.
