I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever visit Tokyo in the future!. Airport hotels normally are a short shuttle bus ride from the airport, but the air terminal hotel at the new choose airport is not. Ignore the shuttle bus. Just take the elevator adjacent to the check-in counter on the entry level and the reception desk on the entry level. It seemed like a no-brainer to leave support the previous evening for Tokyo Naritai and spend my final night in Hokkaido at the airport itself with a 750 am departure. In addition to taking the quick train from the airport after a night of sightseeing at dusk and exploring around dawn, I found the hotel reception and was checked by 1900. There are many options for dining in the terminal itself, and the room itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and, most impressively, viewed the airport apron from the 1st floor of the terminal building. There was no noise, etc., and the view from the apron was fantastic. Although it wasn't as fast as the complimentary breakfast buffet, I still breakfast and was in the check-in line by 0640.

We stayed in a triple room with two little boys. The bed was comfortable. The windows don't open and it's very hot inside the room but you can turn down the fan speed which does make it a lot cooler. Breakfast buffet is small but good, especially if you enjoy Japanese food. There is an onset on site that is free. It's a few minutes walk to a shopping mall connected to the airport which is great for food and coffee we were able to find some things that we needed from the pharmacy too. The only problem we had was a random alarm going off early in the morning which we never set must have been the previous customer.

The rooms are nothing special, and the breakfast is adequate, but nothing special, best to start your journey. Also, all the restaurants in the complex seem to close at 800 am, so I'm not sure what you would do for the food if you arrive late. Also, there is no bar, no minibar, and no room service.

The staff is very kind and helpful. All of the staff spoke English so communication was never an issue. Breakfast is early and eats buffet style with numerous options. The room is comfortable but not soundproof so try to book it on the terminal side rather than the airport side. Great location for an early or late flight.

There isn't anything more convenient about the hotel's proximity to the airport or train terminal than that! The airport or train station is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Excellent buffet breakfast that is crisp, efficient, and has free access to a warm-silent bath on the roof of the building. The helpful employees were even willing to store my suitcase for the rest of the day after I checked out until I could pick it up again in the late evening. This is not the place for you if youre searching for breathtaking views or something, and it takes a half-hour train ride to get there, but if you have a late flight and simply want to step out of the baggage collection and go to a hotel, this is the solution!.
