My companion and I stayed in a traditional Japanese room here for two nights. Christian Susumi was wonderful, making us feel very at home without interrupting our personal space. Their two kids are also adorable. The guesthouse was very traditional and authentic, and the Japanese cuisine was one of the best weve ever had. We booked the soba noodles chef to teach us, and it was well worth the trip. If you want to see Japans cultural side, this trip is not to be missed! I adored how Christ always made sure you had a full beer ready for dinner!.

My mother and I are in the same household with the same family. They gave us the best experience in Japan with your warmth and kindness. They want us to feel at home with their family. The kids, tsunami and the warmth of Christ completely overwhelmed us. The kids, the children, and the station all overshadowed us. The house is lovely, and you can always have it for yourself. We stayed in Japan for three weeks and just spent one night at Bishamon House. The best night ever, it was our favorite. And this says so much given the amount of time we have spent in any continent. This is the strongest experience in Japan, but if you came here, we will come back. We will visit Japan again anytime we can. Since I have traveled all over the world, this means a lot. The kids, tsunami, and the comfort of Christ truly overwhelmed. You get a place in their family. You truly make you feel like family. We were given many options for activities to do in the community or at the house after being welcomed at the stop. We chose the 7 lucky temple walk. Although navigation may be a little difficult, we had fun exploring the area. They cooked us a comfortable hot bath and supper after picking up the trails we made. We were given a name for the first time, and dinner is given for the whole family. Yes, you want this. It is a

We had a wonderful dinner at Bishamon House, followed by lunch from a local so a noodle chef who came to the house and prepared the meal with us. We had dinner at a local restaurant which was great. Thank you christian tsunami, along with their beautiful children, for making our stay so special.

This place is highly recommended! Bishamon House is a wonderful, relaxing way to get to know Japan. Its about a 20minute train ride from Kyoto. Their property is lovely and has views of Kameoka. They have lovely, serene shrines all within walking distance of their home, one is essentially in their backyard! The towns neighbors, eateries, and bartenders are friendly and excited to have you. The tsunami and christian services facilitate bookings and planning of your stay in Kameoka, making it enjoyable and stress-free. We really enjoyed having locals to talk about Japanese culture in a comfortable, unique setting. Tsunami is a fantastic cook, and we had a great time eating with their family. One of the highlights of our journey! I couldn't recommend this enough!.

The only one downside is that we will not stay again at this hotel again. It was only two nights and we wished we could have remained longer. Susumi and Cristian are kind and sweet hosts. They made us feel at home and at ease. One of the highlights of our Japanese vacation was spending the day here. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, and there was plenty of room to relax.
