客室は普通のビジネスホテルですがキッチンが付いていたので便利だと思いました。

キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機、乾燥機がついている部屋に宿泊しました。一泊のみの利用だったため、これらを使う機会はありませんでしたが、長期滞在する方にはワンルームのアパートのように使用できると思います。 キッチンにやかんは備え付けでありましたが、包丁やまな板、お皿などは自身で用意しないといけないので注意が必要です。

他のホテルと迷った末、お部屋に洗濯機乾燥機がついているという理由だけで料金が高くなるけどこっちを選びました。洗濯機乾燥機が部屋にあったのは便利だったけど、部屋のあまりの古さに驚愕。私はアレルギー体質で特にハウスダストに敏感に反応するのですが、鼻炎が出てしまい、ひどくて大変でした。宿泊中は部屋にいる間もマスクをして、寝る時もマスクをしたままで過ごしました。 この部屋に５泊する予定でしたが、すぐに２泊変更し、他のホテルを予約。 でもフロントの人も変更と返金に快く応じてくださり、hotels.comの人も親切に対応してくださり感謝しています。 でもhotels.comのチャットボットのシステムはイライラしますね、使えない。時間のムダでストレスの元。形式はチャットでもいいけど人間が対応してくれないとダメダメです。チャットでは埒が明かないから最後は電話しました。電話で長く保留にされて頭にきたけど返金に関してはちゃんと手続きしてもらえたのでとりあえず良かったです。

電球は切れてるし、何より部屋のドアの鍵が壊れているのか鍵がかからずその状態で3日間過ごした…喫煙の部屋がそこしか空いてなかったから仕方なく泊まったがもう2度と泊まらない。

チェックイン後、部屋に入ると窓が全開状態だった。 シャワーは弱いし、目覚まし時計は電池切れ状態で放置。 掃除もいい加減だし、汚い。 中国人の宿泊客達が部屋をあちこち移動して仲間と楽しんでいた。非常にうるさくて迷惑。 二度と宿泊することは無い。
