【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Notice Regarding Credit Card Payments

Effective April 1, 2025, in accordance with industry-wide measures to prevent credit card fraud, the practice of "signature-based authentication" for credit card transactions has been discontinued. Instead, entering a Personal Identification Number (PIN, 4 digits) is now mandatory when using a credit card.

At our hotel, we are also implementing this policy to ensure the safety and security of our guests. Therefore, entering your PIN will, in principle, be required for all credit card payments. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

If you are unsure of your PIN, please contact your card issuer in advance to confirm your number.

*Please note: If you are unable to provide your PIN at the time of payment, you will be required to use an alternative payment method other than credit card. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
