We will go back to the new otani zen. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful hotel with amazing 5 star amenities. We loved the lounge for breakfast, snacks and evening drinks. The location is near the subway and taxis are always available. The lounge staff were very kind and helpful.

Hotel ini terdiri dari tiga bagian besar yang tetap berada di "Utama". Kamar-kamarnya luas, namun kamar mandinya agak kecil dan bergaya tahun 90- an namun tetap elegan. Bar hanya buka sampai jam 11 malam dan pelayanannya agak canggung, tetapi tentu saja bahasa Jepang benar-benar fasih.

This is a very highend property and the food options are expensive when it comes to dining or breakfast buffets. But you pay for the quality and the amazing views of the garden area. One of the best and 5 star hotels with an amazing japanese garden on the property.

Saya menggunakan Bertie. Itu adalah layanan dan makanan terbaik. Dibutuhkan sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Yotsuya. The hotel rooms and services were truly exceptional. The restaurants were excellent, especially taikan en, a native of china. Unfortunately, the kyubey garden tower was marginal, especially considering the price of sushi and sashimi. When we return to tokyo, we will definitely consider staying at the new otani tokyo hotel.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff is very accommodating. We traveled in march. It was cold, and several days were rainy. Our unit was in the main, it was comfortable and spacious. Daily service was done. The concierge is fantastic! The buffet is basic but adequate. Main has beautiful views of the gardens. The 40th level of the garden tower offers spectacular views of the city and mount fuji. Between the two towers, there are many dining options to choose from. The complex is close to several metro stations for directions. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very professional and friendly, and all speak english quite well, which is better than i expected. The room is always kept tidy and clean. The bedding is perfect. It is a classic oldfashioned japanese western style hotel, you can feel this unique atmosphere and service nowhere else. Most of the guests in the hotel are foreigners, but the court halls are packed with local business people.

The hotel is in a prime location. The subway entrance is right outside the tower, and after passing the elevated highway, there is a food and drink street. The city center is quite large. The facilities are adequate and the service is very friendly. The next time i visit to tokyo, ill make this my top choice.

Fantastic. Amazing city views, including fuchsia on a clear day. Excellent location near the subway and nearby eateries. There are many onsite stores and restaurants, despite the high prices. Breakfast was excellent. After dark, the hotel garden is lovely.
