This hotel had a lot of good touches. The lobby includes a library, museum catalogs, novels about Narasia, novel covers, a shop selling locally created goods, and novels. The hotel is taking every precaution temperature checks, hand sanitizer everywhere you look, alcohol wipes in rooms, social isolation, and food served individually rather than buffet style in the restaurant. This hotel is close to Sarusawa Pond where everything is located. Everybody at the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate. The room was beautifully furnished, quiet, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the five-story papplication at Kofukujis. The hotel itself is very nice, well-appointed, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast was really excellent, with grilled fish, stew, veggies, eggs, nori, etc. Excellent coffee. Great value and lots of nice touches, including an origami charm at checkout. There are extensive library museum catalogs, novels about Nara, books about Nara, and a boutique selling locally-produced items. Finally, the hotel takes all necessary precautions, temperature checks, hand sanitizer everywhere you look, alcohol wipes in the room, social distancing, and individual meals rather than buffet style in the restaurant.

We spent the night here while visiting Japan. The lobby of this hotel had some lovely details. A bamboo noodle shoot, a children's play area, and a shop were all present. The breakfast was excellent, with a predominant Japanese flavor, and the accommodations were clean and large. The hotel staff was exceptional, incredibly kind, competent, and caring. During our stay there, my husband's birthday was being celebrated by the hotel's champagne and fruit tray. There was plenty to do and see in Nara. It is essential to visit and feed the bowing deer.

The room was obviously intended for three but we removed one of the single beds even though we still had three cups, toothbrushes, etc. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen and the shower pressure wasn't good. However, hot drinks are available in the lobby, a foot massager, and the New York Times and English Japan Daily are also available in the lobby. Breakfast was in a lovely little basement room and had a reasonable choice of Japanese and Western. The desk staff was helpful. It would have been a real problem for three with three traveling luggage, and we only had two overnight bags.

The hotel is in a good location, close to a park, shops, and restaurants. Or to the station at Approve. 20 minutes walk. Compact rooms, with comfortable beds and lovely showers. Rich and tasty breakfast. Spacious lobby with free coffee, tea, information and shop. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

We only stayed here for 1 night because we were on an itinerant journey in Japan. The room was very clean and perfect. The front office staff were proactive and very helpful. Really appreciated free coffee, tea, and water in the hallway. My child liked the toys in the hallway. Thank you!
