The rooms were clean and the staff were quick but professional when checking in and out. Located a few minutes away from gotanda station, making it very convenient. There are convenience stores and cafes around.

The receptionist and other service staff are friendly! Although there arent many options for meals, they are all of high quality and made with good ingredients! Despite its modest size, the room is wellequipped and of excellent quality! Will choose to stay again if necessary!.

The location is 6 minutes walk from the station. Good facilities, breakfast included (limited options and curry rice seems to be the staple as it is there everyday. Room space is quite small, business travel is alright, my luggage is too big to open fully. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is small but has good service. The room is quite new and quiet. A bit small, but hey. Thats standard to tokyo. Breakfast is better than expected. Only 5 minutes walk from gotanda station. Recommended if you want something simple, clean, and affordable.

It is close to convenience stores, a grocery store, and gondola. The train station (gotanda) is only ten minutes walk away from this place. On the ground floor, there is likewise sanitized laundry and microwave. I cant speak japanese, but the staff was friendly and helpful. It was difficult to move around because of the tiny rooms.

This place is very convenient because it is close to the train station and has a convenience store and supermarket right in front of you. There are many restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. Personally, i am happy that the soup bar was set up for breakfast.

This reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel is not too far from gotanda station. I stayed in a 12 square meters double room with stifling Japanese power points near the desk and at the bed, wifi (speeds during peak evening hours of 30-40 mbps), robes, hygienic hair dryer, air purifier, deodorizer spray, toiletries, and additional toiletry and tea sacks on the reception floor. When i first entered the room, there was cigarette smoke smell in it, but the air filter quickly removed it. There was also an opening window with side shutters closing. They also do utensils cleaned and changed them every 3 nights. To get fresh towels, you can always leave your used towels outside. On the ground floor, three coinoperated washing machines are also available. Breakfast was included. It was basic and not the best tasting, yet adequate, with pastries including fried rice curry, miso soup, machine dispensers with additional soup options, japanese omelets, cabbage based salad with sesame dressing, black coffee machine, as well as some cooked light janese dishes. The staff is very friendly.
