I love this hotel, even it is a bit aged in the lobby. Location is super good that you can walk by few minutes to one of the exits of subway, or even the Nagoya Station via the underground street. What impressed me is the hotel provides non-plastic daily products, which upgrade the class of your living. With a big window in the room, you can enjoy the street view of Nagoya city area. Staff are super friendly as the Japanese always does. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I will definitely stay again for next time.

We spent several days at this property while in Nagoya and have only very good things to say. Yes, location is very convenient, a few minutes on foot from the main train station, with many dining options. Yes, room was spotless and quiet, and housekeeping was flawless. Yes, breakfast had many choices (Asian and Western) and breakfast service was impeccable. Service however was where the hotel and its staff shine. Hotel service was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations, solving problems (I had left an item at the hotel and they were able to get it back to me hundreds of miles away) or simply greeting me with a smile each day. A warm thank you to the front desk and all the staff.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, sekitar 3 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun Meieki. Kamarnya besar dan bagus, tapi dindingnya agak tipis sehingga saya bisa mendengar suara bising dari kamar sebelah sampai larut malam. Rasa sarapannya enak, tapi akan lebih baik jika lebih banyak variasinya.

Excellent balue, the quality is far superior to my expectations. The toilet is decent and tidy, and the room is spacious and tidy. The personnel was accommodating and responsive. The location is excellent, just a 10minute walk from major transportation. Ideal for a brief visit.

今回初めて利用いたしました。駅から近かったのですが、静かな環境だったかと思います。朝食は、ラストオーダー時間少し前に行ったため、急いでの食事になってしまいましたがとても美味しかったです。もっと早く起きれば良かったと心残りでしたが、次回また利用したいと思いました。スタッフさんもホテルマンらしく素晴らしいと思います。
