● If equipment or facilities are damaged or lost due to negligence, guests will be required to pay compensation upon request. In addition, if business operations are disrupted, we will request compensation for the period of damages at 40,000 yen per night.
● Shoes are prohibited in the rooms. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
● Towels and tableware provided cannot be taken home. You will be charged for any loss or damage.
● Please take any trash that does not fit into the trash can in your room with you when you leave. If trash is left behind, a separate disposal fee will be charged. Please refrain from illegal dumping in the surrounding area.
● The trash area on the first floor is for residents only. Guests must keep their trash in their rooms.
● Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please remove all luggage by then.
● Bringing in hazardous materials is prohibited.
● If you move any furniture, be sure to return it to its original location.
● Changing wiring or installations such as televisions without permission is prohibited.
● Staff may enter the premises if there are complaints from neighbors about noise or odors.
● If you do not follow warnings from staff about violating the house rules, you may be banned from future use or asked to leave immediately. In such cases, Agoda and the police may be contacted.

● Leaving guest room doors open is prohibited. Please keep them closed.
● Loud noise, jumping around, and other disruptive behavior are prohibited in the guest rooms.
● Opening windows is prohibited when using the TV or after 8 PM.
● Please maintain quiet in the guest room, on the premises, and in the surrounding area after 8 PM.
● Please turn down the TV volume and be quiet after 8 PM.
● This property is part of an apartment complex. Residents also live in the same building, so please strictly adhere to the house rules.
● The sofas and tables in the shared entrance hall on the first floor are for residents' use only. Eating, drinking, chatting, waiting, or leaving luggage at the entrance hall is prohibited.
● Entry into the bicycle parking area, trash area, mailbox, and management office is prohibited. Unauthorized entry may result in a police report for trespassing.
● Parties and drinking parties are prohibited. This property is for accommodation only. Many guests stay here in search of a quiet stay or time with their families, and we take any behavior that disturbs other guests very seriously.
● Any use other than that specified at the time of booking, including temporary use, is prohibited. If discovered, Agoda will be notified and all guests will be asked to leave.
● Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, buildings, on the grounds, or on surrounding roads. If smoking is discovered and complaints are received from the police or neighbors, guests may be asked to leave.
● If smoking is discovered in the rooms, a special cleaning fee of 40,000 yen per room will be charged. Additional penalties may apply depending on the circumstances.
● Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony. If smoking or littering on the balcony is discovered, the police will be notified and guests will be asked to leave.

The sofa bed cannot be reclined and is 55cm deep and 180cm wide. Some guests may find it narrow, so please check the image of the sofa bed before making your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will be unable to accommodate requests for futon rentals or alternative bedding due to the width of the sofa bed. Thank you for your understanding.
