This hotel is conveniently close to Yamatoyagi train station. We were fortunate to have a room with outdoor space as well. The room is quite small, not unusual in Japan, and has hungers instead of cupboards for storage. We didn't use the spa or breakfast area, so I have no opinion about those, although both appeared very nice. There are several restaurants close to the hotel.

Great location near the railway station with easy access to a convenience store, supermarket, and many foods. The room was not large and with all the furniture in it was a bit hard to move around once you added your suitcases, but it was very clean and comfortable. During our general good stay, it really made us feel like we didn't really get our money's worth. Service was generally good except for one disappointing incident, where the staff member at reception was completely annoyed that we asked him to ship our luggage to another hotel. The entire conversation was in Japanese and I filled out the forms myself, so I'm not sure why this was such a problem.
